"I?m very disappointed in my experience with Picassos today. It is my birthday, and I decided to take my favorite pizza to go. The box was not opened when it was handed to me and unfortunately the order was wrong. Mind you, I order the same pizza everysingle time. I was very polite during this whole exchange, and as I mentioned this to the cashier, her coworker joined and theyboth gave me a very poor and immature attitude. They did not say sorry, and in fact tried to blame the situation on me. They didnot offer anything in response to this mistake. I will not come back. This is something you expect from Pizza Hut but not arestaurant. Following up on this post. After posting this, tens of 5 star reviews suddenly posted immediately after my negativereview. Obviously to me it was people and friends of the restaurant trying to drown out this review, or keep it from beingseen. Still haven?t gone back, and to clarify what happened, I was treated poorly (nearly bullied) for asking them to fix aproblem they screwed up. Bravo, that?s one way to lose a customer. Drown them out?"
