"Been coming here for a few weeks now after searching for a good pan pizza place near me. First, I tried their Greek salad and it was perfect! They make their own Greek dressing there so it's on point.We have tried the pizza and chicken fingers recently and the kids loved them. I prefer the pre packaged fingers but these ones were homemade and delicious too.I think what really stands out for me is their customer service. Even when they're busy and running around, they are nice and very friendly."

"The food at Andalus is okay, but it used to be much better. You know how some places start off strong but eventually lose their touch? Unfortunately, that's the case here. The food quality has declined, but what's really disappointing is the service. The staff is incredibly rude—it's a consistent issue. My overall rating is a 3, but that's just to ensure this review gets posted. If I were rating the food, it would be a 2, and for the service, I'd give them a zero. Did I mention how exceptionally rude they are? I really don't understand their arrogance. The attitude of the staff is rude, condescending, angry, and snippy. It's baffling, especially since it's just food. Don't even think about calling them with questions unless you're prepared for a sharp response. They've also discontinued their frozen yogurt, which means there's really no reason to order from or visit Andalus anymore. It's a shame because they've become just another disappointing option in Brighton."

"Received a roast beef sandwhich which was made wrong and tasted funny. Called to let them know and was told no it was sliced fresh this morning. Felt sick after eating not even half the sandwhich. We also got a large cheese pizza with sauce, as well as a chicken parmesan sub sandwich, also with red sauce, weighing around 2 lbs. Additionally, we ordered more grilled chicken, again around 2-3 lbs or possibly a bit more, and everything was delicious. The meal also came with bread. Overall, the food was great and reasonably priced."

"I was originally going to leave just one star, but I am not sure of the responsibility for the horrific service last night falls on the restaurant, or if it falls on Slice. To be clear, I have never had a positive experience when Slice was partnered with a restaurant. We placed our order on the Tolli’s website (Slice around 5:50pm and received an estimated delivery of 6:39pm. Knowing that there was a chance the restaurant was busy, we waited until after 7pm to check back in. At that time, we were told that the driver would be at the house within 5 to 7 minutes. At 7:30pm we again went to live help and were told that the driver had left and forgot to take our order. (How does that happen?? . Finally at 7:45pm we got the two pizzas we had ordered two hours ago, needless to say they were ice cold. Slice offered up a discount for the next time we used their service, but would not refund the cost for the two cold pizzas. The sad thing, I could have walked from my house to Tollis, walked in the kitchen, made two pizzas and walked back to my house within 30 minutes."

"I had a bit of a dispute with my mother over lunch. She insists that the brat beef is fantastic, and she seemed quite unbothered by it. I decided to try it on the Caesar salad today, which made for a delicious combination of flavors. "I had no idea this jewel was here!! We really wanted Mozzarella sticks and they had them!! They have large tomato sauce, very bright taste, very fresh!! We weren't sure how the sandwiches would be, but I'm so glad we got them!! Best bread! I have the aubergines Pesto focaccia and my family got the orange chicken. The eggplant was beautiful and tender! I didn't expect orange slices on a chicken stall, but we really enjoyed it! Roasted red peppers seemed fresh on both sandwiches and THE BREAD!! the focaccia bread is fantastic!! Fluffy and slightly crispy with some rosemary on it!! Sandwiches were warm but not over roasted or burned like some Focaccia sandwiches I had in other factories. I'm so glad we stopped here and went back to pizza! Give them a try! Compared to other branford Pizza joints: These sandwiches were the least fat Focaccia sandwiches we had! I can't compare the bread with any other sandwich place, it's sooooo good!! The fillings did not all fall out and parts were perfect for us! Yum! Clean restaurant, very fast! Very friendly! Thank you."

"My wife and I stopped for lunch with our 3-year-old grandson, and our first impression of the restaurant was that it was impeccably clean. We were craving pizza, and we were delighted to have chosen this place. The service was friendly, and our pizza was served quickly. The crust was excellent, and the toppings were plentiful. What really impressed me was how promptly and graciously the staff changed the TV channel when I pointed out that a documentary on the Mason murders was playing through the speakers. It was a thoughtful gesture, especially for a restaurant catering to young children. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! We will definitely be coming back."

"Friend took me here ranting about this place how good it is, we both get steak Bombs with extra cheese (only American) we go outside as she in pain has hard time walking n standing I walk her car then go back inside check on our order. I get our order bring it to her she at first so happy very hungry besides in pain til she opens her sub to realize cheese stringy, doesn't taste right n will not eat it as not American cheese. She in so much pain unable walk over without help that I offered go inside for her see if I can get it fixed for her. I go inside show them the sub they use there fingers n say that's American cheese n will not remake it n refuses to do anything about it especially after they handled it with there fingers in the sub which is nasty already to give back a customer a sub that multiple ppl touched n chuckle at there face. I go back out explain what happen n she threw that sub instantly away. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be reporting to board of health that they put there fingers in food n gave it back to a customer which is disgusting itself n they rewrapped up the sub like was no big deal. Not mention from when I walked back in did I see him clean his hands at all before even touching n prodding the sub. Only thing good was the onion rings yet they were super greasy. She used to love eating here n lost a long term customer"
