"The quality of this restaurant has noticeably declined in recent months. I'm not sure if there has been a change in ownership or if the owner has stepped back from actively managing the business, but the service has definitely changed for the worse. For example, the staff often forgets ingredients on takeout sandwich orders, and they place hot food straight from the fryer into Styrofoam containers, causing them to melt. There used to be a strong focus on detail; while this place was never upscale, it offered tasty food at a fair price, and you could rely on a consistent level of quality. Unfortunately, that seems to be a thing of the past now."
