"It seems like this place isn't very welcoming to non-Spanish speakers. I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but when I got to the counter, no one acknowledged me for about five minutes. The staff were chatting among themselves and made no effort to even look my way. Several people walked past me without any interaction. Finally, when a woman was about to leave her seat, she noticed I looked unhappy and asked if she could help. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant like this. They just don't seem to care about their customers. I ordered the barbacoa, but I didn't enjoy it either."

"We have often eaten here, taste new dishes and are not even disappointed. Between the fantastic flavors (all their meats are unique and divine, to , beautiful ambience and good presentation, great service and good prices (totally worth it!). Your daily specials are also ingenious (i.e. Monday $7 dinner Fajitas can not go wrong! Toro Tacos are a must, Fajitas are fantastic, coconut shrimp divine... "I didn’t even get the chance to eat my food. After I called to place my order, I was quoted a specific price. I arrived within 15 to 20 minutes as instructed, only to find a woman scratching herself on the floor and just one cook in the kitchen. When I spoke to the cook, he quoted me a different price than what I was given over the phone—he was now charging $40 for 25 wings. I firmly told him that was unacceptable, as I was told it would be $27.99. He mentioned that there was no special anymore, so I turned around and walked right out the door."

"I have never had fried chicken that was this dry. It was inedible. I have been eating and making fried chicken for a long time, and I don't think I could make fried chicken this dry even if I tried. Also, I went in to try their fried fish, but I asked the young lady behind the counter what she recommended and what was popular, and she told me it was their chicken. I should have known better when she stared out the window while talking to me. I could tell that she either hated her job or was having a bad day, but it's not hard to be just a little nice. Unfortunately, I took a bite from each piece of chicken in hopes that one piece would be good, but all four went into the trash."
