This is a place that offers delivery, and when we inquired about getting a refund, that didn’t help either. When we asked for his name, he became defensive and started yelling at us, accusing us of looking down on him for no apparent reason; we simply wanted the correct food. He then hung up on us.
When we called back, he was even more confrontational. After I mentioned that he shouldn't hang up on customers and should be more courteous, he became verbally abusive, swearing at me and threatening me with harm if I came to the restaurant. He was not just some young pizza delivery guy; his behavior was alarming.
I have never encountered such treatment in my life, especially over a pizza order. I am genuinely puzzled by this person's attitude, but it is clear he should not be in customer service. I wouldn't dare set foot in there again, as I fear it would lead to confrontation, and I certainly wouldn't recommend bringing children to such an unstable environment. I would hate to see him lose control in front of kids over a wrong order. The food itself is passable, but it’s unfortunate that the staff has such a volatile attitude. You can't miss him; he’s the skinny guy covered in tattoos and piercings."
