"We discovered this restaurant online while visiting the Chili area, and it did not disappoint! The food was fantastic, and we finished our meals in no time. The owner came out to check on us, and we both couldn't stop raving about how it was the best BBQ we've ever had. Keith enjoyed the ribs while I had the chicken. When we were paying the bill, the owner surprised us with a small bottle of his BBQ sauce and two caps featuring his logo—one in bright orange for my nephew to keep him safe while hunting, and a pastel one for me. Later, when sharing our experience with friends, they asked for the restaurant's name. "Jack's," I replied, and they instantly recognized it as the best BBQ. I can't wait for our next road trip in that direction to stop by again!"

"I found a place with way better quality food for cheaper prices at the shack it's built together with a citgo convenient store I high point nc and the people were more compassionate and respectful and more understanding towards me as a customer they didn't get upset if u has a concern about my food they are very nice compassionate worker's compared to who I spoke with a the dugout restaurant in Archdale .but the prices are so reasonable and the food is prepared way better the cheeseburgers and onion rings and bacon lettuce and tomatoe sandwiches are delicious I will never stop ordering from the shack store !"

"What can I say about this restaurant and its staff? They are truly incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. Tonight, we hosted a basketball banquet for our lively team, consisting of 105 people, and the food was served promptly, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff was accommodating, flexible, and punctual throughout the event. A big thank you to the owner, Daniela, and her team for welcoming our group and creating a memorable night for our players. "While the beer selection on tap is somewhat limited for a brewery, the quality is still impressive. The Nasty Fries were a highlight; they were a bit thicker, beer-battered, and had a fantastic crunch, texture, and flavor. The trio of dipping sauces was tasty as well. We plan to return the next time we're in town, but be warned: parking can be outrageous. The lot next to the building charges at least $13 for just two hours. I recommend looking for alternative parking ahead of time."

"So this might be a long review. The cons in this review prevented me from give it 5.But we ordered 2 nights in a row from delivery prob spent over 160 bucks. So 1st (Sat) night we got 2 lasagnas which the kids loved. We also got a calzone and a Stromboli added pepperoni to it. That was pretty darn good I say. Just felt like it was way to bready. Finally we ordered a Greek Salad. Pretty darn good. Tonight we ordered 20 wings half Buffalo other half bbq. Wings had grate flavor. Only down side was they were not crispy. Also ordered another Greek salad. Same outcome awesome. Now to the cons. 1. We asked for packets of parmesan cheese. We didn't know if u ask for that you will get paper plates, packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes at an additional cost. When we paid the driver thats when I saw the charge. So when we ordered wings we could not get them half a flavor and other half a different flavor. So we had to order the 20 piece in order to do that.. Also asked for blue cheese and repeated it twice. To the lady on the phone.. who felt like i was bothering her by ordering food.Asked the driver as well blue cheese right he said yes. Well open up food in the room and all ranch no blue cheese. When called back to let them know we didn't have blue cheese she said sorry do you want me to send the driver back. 1st. One would say sorry we will send the drive back be we messed up your order. Felt bad for the driver having to run back out. But they did throw in 2 brownies which our family loved."

"I ordered slices before when in the neighborhood, but it seems they were held for a while under the warmer and reheated.So I figured, lets give fresh delivery a chance. MUCH better! The cheese pizza is your traditionally greek style, oily crisp on the bottom, fluffy, good balance of cheese and the sauce is good.Also ordered Chicken parm with onion and green peppers, extra sauce. Not a true chicken parm since looks like they are using cut chicken tenderloins, but was nice and hot, bread wasn't overly toasted and was soft, and once again that sauce is good.Recommended. This and ideal cafe and pizza are tied."

"It wasn't just about the pizza, as we ended up trying their chicken parm with spaghetti. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken parm paired perfectly with it. "Let me start by saying , Saturday night after being at rose nails for 2 1/2 hours my kids ran my battery down . I was going to call my mom but I noticed mimi pizza was open . Went and ask anyone in the store for jumper cables but I was told they didn't have any. In less than 2 minutes the owner came out helped me refused to take the money I offered for help. On Sunday after washing I decided let's go get one of their pizzas go chill . The best decision I made , my children myself are fat fat full ready for bed .. no more pizza hut for us they are responsible very good"

"This is one of the tiniest pizza shops I have ever been to. So small, that one customer is one too many at the pick-up counter. So small, that I couldn't figure out where the pizza oven was located. However, by the taste and quality, I have concluded it might have been baked inside a regular conventional oven. I don't like writing less-than-favorable reviews. Maybe it's not the fault of anyone else but my own. Either I am too particular with my pizza standards or generic tasting pizza is the in thing. I say this because this pizza shop has been around for more years than I can even think back. They even have a second location. There is even at least 3 other equally thriving pizza shops located less than 800 feet from this one. Yet they survive. Puzzling to say the least. I cant even boast on how well I enjoyed the meatball hoagie because the bun was so soft that it fell apart. Crunchy or baked buns are a must when you pile sauce over everything. I will say that even though this place is take out and delivery only, the service was fast, very friendly and helpful. The menu has many different items to choose from but for me it all starts with liking the pizza first when patronizing a pizza shop."

"Horriable experience. Never go there ???. I order 2 large pizza with 10 pieces . there website shows 10 pieces After I pick up pizza, that seems like too small . I just opened and check. It was only 8 pieces and pizza was about 12 inch. I paid about $65 for two supreme pizza and 1 medium cheese pizza and added $7 tips. So, I went back inside and asked them why is too small and less pieces from girl. She even doesn’t know about that. She spoke to another old man and He screamed me that is the size of large pizza. "The experience here started good from initial service but then fell off super hard. Was greeted by I assume the lead guy as there are photos of him in other reviews. It 's pizza prepped front of you, he was really cool in that process and made it to our liking. Mind you it was dead quiet and we were the only ones in line and no one behind us. I paid (and tipped) and they leave the pizza off on the side in the waiting area and there were no pizzas in the oven being made now. The 3 staff people were talking and killing time as it was dead. Doing minor clean up and wipe down of table and etc. My friend with me noticed it was there for couple minutes and we didn 't say anything. I look into the oven and now it 's busy with rush of people and pizza is still outside and we inform the lady that we see our pizza outside she apologizes and ask if he paid we go yeah of course and she puts the pizza in. I go up to the man (the lead) and say hey why did y 'all do that. He then gets attitude right away with go sit down I 'll bring it to you Yeah that 's how you speak with good customer service. Just admit you had poor communication with your staff and can 't admit fault. It 's a simple hey my bad, I 'll bring it out to you shortly . But if you can 't own up to your mistakes, there 's a reason why there 's a few other bad reviews on this place. Starts on the top. When I talked amongst my friends you say I 'll give your money back no worries it shows you don 't care about improvement. You rather brush it aside and move on and you believe you 're totally okay as a character. This is the person who had poor customer service skills in photo attached. Heads up. Yeah you 're some star on tik tok, but you lost class for fame. Start from the beginning man and just admit it 's okay to make mistakes."
