"Lunch and dinner are equally impressive. Their big meal, which resembles a buffet with its variety of items, is exceptional and is usually what I order. It includes a chalupa shell topped with chile con queso, a tostada, enchilada, tamale, rice, beans, and a taco. My wife rarely orders anything else but the Enchiladas Suizas because they are simply delicious. These chicken enchiladas come in a very rich tomato-based sauce that is slightly sweet and moderately spicy, topped with Swiss cheese, and served alongside rice and beans.
There isn’t a single item on their menu that I wouldn't hesitate to order... it’s all fantastic. Plus, the waitresses are always friendly and genuinely happy to see you.
Here’s a tip: don’t expect them to bring the bill to your table. Like most authentic Mexican restaurants, you simply go to the register when you’re done eating, and they’ll have your check ready for you.
Check out Guadalajara, and I bet you a shiny new quarter that you’ll love it just as much as my wife and I do!"
