"Food was great as always, which is why we used to go here all the time. Staff and service has gone downhill. Reserved the big private room in the back with a deposit, only to show up and not get that room and have to wait for another location. With 20 of us there, what are we going to do. We were told they got busy and gave our table away and the new table would be nice and quiet. We had a bunch of children under 3 so we reserved the private room for a reason. They couldn't care less. Servers are terrible. Auto gratuity gives them entitled and lazy attitudes. They rushed every part of our night until we left. No refills, no bussing of tables, no checking in, nothing. Take order, serve food, check, box. As fast as possible. They know they're making their couple hundred dollars off of the table so what do they care. Then the Karen from the front stands at your table telling you bye until you leave. After years of this being my wife and I'm go to spot, I'm afraid to say, never again. Our hibachi chef is normally always great. The rest of the staff is useless. Just there to make their money and leave. No service, no care, no respect. Useless."
