"I put an order in 8/6 with an expected delivery of 7pm. they called me around 6:30 to let me know that they don 't deliver that far to me house, I verified that they canceled the order and that I 'd get my money back. A week late 8/14 I notice that I never got my money, I called them and the manager George Said that he 's been trying every single day but they refund keeps declining, For one George answered the phone with no greeting and a cavalier snobby attitude and Odd that 's he 's been trying to give me my money back daily but didn 't call me once, He said they were waiting for me to call. Extremely unprofessional. Never again."

's basically saying 'Hey hang out with us take your time, eat enjoy your meal you have all the time in the world plus we wouldn 't want you to miss your show, pay us when you feel good about what you just experienced here ' love it!"

"My experience started without even walking in (I was just walking my dog down the street in the middle of the day and had zero intentions of going here) and my dog went to lift his leg (in a public spot) and this woman YELLED at me, saying GET OUT OF HERE! GET YOUR DOG AWAY FROM HERE! I AM THE OWNER, DON 'T LET YOUR DOG PEE HERE! Imagine the manager of an establishment yelling at a patron who isn 't bothering anyone and minding their business, walking their dog?! Why would I ever even CONSIDER walking into this place. She was nuts! Sorry you had a bad day, but don 't take it out on strangers walking down the street. JFC. I went inside once before (five years ago) with coworkers and all I can say is this: if you 're a woman, do NOT go here by yourself. I would never go here again."

"We go there 2 or 3 times a month. Usually have great food and service. However, we were there last Sunday (Cinco De Mio); they didn't have their usual menu, just Mexican food. Neither of you us were very hungry so just ordered a burrito and wanted to split it. The server asked us if we wanted some tortilla chips on the side, which we agreed to. She came back a few minutes later and said that the cook refused to give them to us. Said if we wanted them, then we could order nachos. Not a nice way to treat regular patrons."
