"Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without interfering. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as stated and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended."

"We have dined here twice (once last year early May 2022 and then beginning of Feb 2023). This place is our go to spot when we travel to Miami.We stumbled on this lovely restaurant on YouTube when researching places to eat in the Miami area. We are so happy to have eaten here. The service is warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. The food is so good we look back at the photos we took of our meals and drool!We were so lucky to have actually met Mika on our last visit and she’s just as awesome as you could expect. Our friends and family know this is our go to spot when in South Florida.Thank you for everything!
