"My wife ordered food over the phone, but they messed up the order. When it arrived at our door, she paid for it without checking the bag first. When we looked inside, we found three extra items that we hadn't ordered. We politely asked for a refund, but the manager was very rude on the phone and insisted we keep the food we didn’t order. I decided to go to the store to return the extra food, and the manager offered to refund only half the price for each item. Now I'm waiting for the police to help resolve this issue, and I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well."
