"Ordered take out there 4th of July. Go pick up my grilled cheese and tater tot order and get a smaller box. Was suspicious so opened it and see some sort of loaded French fries. Waited another 5 minutes at the waitress station to figure out why. Finally someone came and took it back. She comes back out and says they're making it now, and walks away. OK that's great, how long am I standing up at the counter for now? Half hour? Fifteen minutes? Needless to say I stood there completely clueless until 15 minutes later they brought out my order again. So I look again, and now no chips with the sandwich. I was beyond angry. It wasn't busy there at all either. So I Instantly find a waitress and show her. She says, oh well you got tater tots. I said yes, a seperate order of them, I paid for, and the sandwich still gets chips! She says, they probably got confused because you had tater tots. Really? This ain't quantum physics, everything was clearly shown on the receipt. After all that I finally get the right order, and leave 25 minutes after my pickup time. Not a great impression, second time there."
