"I've seen this restaurant a number of times, but usually in the early morning, before they're open. I finally had the opportunity to grab some food from them to take on the road this week. I ordered the calamari to go (easy enough to eat while driving) and was thrilled with the choice. It had a great texture and just the right saltiness. Their special touch of lime was a surprisingly delightful hit (a lot of times that citrus can overwhelm, but Colore had it on point)! Definitely will have to find the chance to go back to try some other menu items. Staff and owners here are great and very friendly."

"The delivery person was quite rude. Earlier that day, someone had stolen a package from my home, so I was being extra cautious about who was at my door, even though I was expecting my order. He kept repeating "delivery," and I asked him three times where it was from. Then he huffed out, "Delivery? Or no delivery?" Eventually, he mentioned it was from Casa Calamari. They only gave me one meatball, but I have to say, the meatball and ravioli were both very good. I also enjoyed the chocolate cake, which was quite delicious."

"Fettuccine Alfredo add Chicken was the best I have had in my life. We will come here every time we come to NYC. Affordable for big families as plates cam be shared. My kids are picky eaters and loved it! The shrimp scampi was good but we added linguine for 12.00 more and while the shrimp was great the pasta didn't have as much flavor. I wish we would have added shrimp to the fettuccine Alfredo. Next time we will order 2 or 3 platters of that with different meats. It was amazing. Baked Ziti with meat sauce was good too. Next time I will ask for extra ricotta but it was still really good. The server was really nice and he made conversation with us all and it made for a great experience. We WILL VISIT AGAIN AND AGAIN."

"It has been over 40 years since I last visited LA Sicilia, back when I lived on Washington Avenue with my first wife. The food was delicious, the waitstaff was friendly and the prices were fair. Fast forward almost half a century later, the staff may be different but the charm of this place remains unchanged. My vegetarian wife enjoyed the fried zucchini appetizer and the stuffed manicotti with marinara sauce. I, on the other hand, loved the long hots appetizer and the sliced sausage with peppers and onions on a hot sub. Our waitresses, Marbella and Jamie, were pleasant, attentive and deserving of a generous tip. LA Sicilia is a great choice for a meal after a leisurely walk through the Cherry Blossoms in Branch Brook Park or while conducting business in North Jersey."

"We have been coming to Vespa for years, and we are never disappointed. They feature some great Italian food and brick oven pizzas. Their meatballs, Buffalo egg rolls, and calamari are our favorite appetizers, and for our main course, we usually split a pizza or one of their larger entrays. The mararigta and square pizzas are delicious. The square pizza is much larger if you're a bigger party. Vespa also has an awesome bar with a large cocktail and wine menu. They also have happy hour during the week and brunch on Sunday with bottomless mimosas, bloodys, and balinis. Enjoy! Every dinner appears like a special occasion at Liberatore. We are long-term customers; since day ANNEX The family opened in Eldersburg as a restaurant, which is then delicious, now even better. "we were at least five times in the last two months, the eating and service were always great, last night I have ordered hug parmesan with a side of pasta, the server brought me aubergine with a side of pasta, after I made them that they took it back, but not the pasta that indicates it was just a few minutes, 22 minutes later it was coming but the pasta was now asked for the time. this is not the Nick’s that we are used to, there were no signs of management anywhere, who waited to chat with workers in the corner and did not check on their tables and not try to offer an excuse for the fusion."

"Service was slow, The bread tasted like it was from a store not fresh, there fruit flies in a cocktail. The waiter apologized and took it away. (Normally one would expect a free round of coffee and desserts or something for that type of mistake, never happened) Our server came and let us know that there was a mess up in the kitchen and asked us what we all ordered for dinner 45 minutes after the fact, this was annoying and slowed the process even more. Reserved on OpenTable and was sure to indicate we were there for a birthday , also took the time to tell the server privately that it was a birthday and he forgot to bring out any type of dessert with a candle etc.. Have been to next several times will definitely not be returning, The place has totally gone downhill stay away."

"You Need To Know? Reservations for 6 we were promptly seated. Bar did not have my vodka requests but that's OK since we were there for some of the homemade Italian cuisine. Ordered the spaghetti meatballs, chicken francaise a chicken parm. Had to request sugar for our unsweetened tea had to request bread for the table. The chicken francaise was excellent with that subtle lemon flavor. The marinara sauce on the other 2 meals had a heavy basil flavor but was still delicious none the less. Great menu! Now You Know!"

"This was our first time visiting Mezzaluna and while we were excited at first, this soon changed to the opposite. I did appreciate that the business was thriving with plenty of tables taken at the time we were dining, but what truly fell short was the forgetful service. Mezzaluna surely didn’t have a shortage of staff but I do think the management could be better so the team can operate like a well-oiled machine. Three times into our dining experience the waiter forgot something. Technically it was every time we’ve requested for something something would be amiss. I’m aware they’re busy but it gets tiring trying to remind the waiter and these were simple requests like a wine, a spoon, etc. In addition, I was absolutely not a fan of the waiter and reservationist addressing one out of two in a party. They kept on addressing my partner. Mind you, I’m the one that paid for dinner in this case. Regardless, this is and women are equal and the restaurant should be reminded of that. I found it to be very rude addressing only one person in a party (what am I? A ghost and thank goodness they’re not striving for a Michelin star. Other than that, food was delicious and no complaints there whatsoever. Huge portions for sure. Would we consider coming back? Absolutely not. There’s a plethora of restaurants in the Hudson Valley and Mezzaluna won’t be missed for sure."

"Good food usually fresh. Ordered sandwiches that had a $10.50 price sticker on them. Went to pay and the cashier added the tax to the price. That is just so deceptive.... Paying in cash the taxes are not being forwarded I am sure. I guess I am paying the charge for the people who pay with their card. Please be more transparent with your pricing."

"Vito and his team did an incredible job catering my wedding. Everything was set up in a timely fashion, and didn't interrupt any of our activities before dinner was served. Once food was served, it was beautifully arranged, everything was fresh and hot (or cold! , and it was so tasty. My guests are still raving about the food. They're incredible!"
