"We just moved here from Pennsylvania. We are now closer to our granddaughters. This was our first meal. We found this restaurant online and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and authentic. It was cooked from scratch and the flavors were fantastic. The service was perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment. "Waiter was not accommodating at all continued to forget that a guest had a food allergy. Your menu clearly states that you are accommodating with food allergies there was nothing on the menu that could be eaten that did not have Black pepper. The shrimp fried Diavolo was smothered in sauce. The gnocchi dishes we're not fresh at all. The overall food was room temperature nothing was served hot. The crab cake appetizer was still cold in the center. I have eaten there quite a few times in the past and was never disappointed don't know if there has been a change in chefs also your staff definitely needs to be reprimanded. No hospitality whatsoever they acted as if they were doing the guests a favor very disappointed."

"I've been here for years. for the cheeseburger special I heard from a friend was great. first the place is cool! old time fittings and the like. the burgers came with Steak frits, which I generally don't like, just because nobody cooks them properly. they always come muddy, not cooked enough. not the case here! they were crispy, but fluffy in the middle. kudos at the fry chef! for the burger, the woman and I both cooked it medium, she was mine a hockey puck. I usually don't send back any food if I don't get it right the first time, I don't usually give you a second chance. So I ate it. I wish I had sent it back, all night was with mental problems and dizzyed. my wife had no problems and loved the burger. that's why it's 3 stars. I would still recommend giving them a shot!"

"My family has been ordering from Vizzini's for 22 years and they have never disappointed us. Unfortunately, there is a first time for everything. We ordered a 2 sub deal with 2 XL sodas and 2 fries, but only received 1 sub, 1 fry, and 2 sodas. When we called back, the same lady who took our order answered and promised to get the missing items to us as soon as possible. However, after a long wait, we called back again and the same lady was rude and admitted she had forgotten to inform the kitchen. Eventually, our food never arrived. This happened on 4/29/2022. While I am very disappointed in the service, the food at Vizzini's is still very good."

"It's serviceable food. I guess.The chicken gyro I ordered was very plainly just frozen chicken gyro meat only grilled to be warm. Maybe they do some other things better, but the chicken gyro was overpriced and such that you could easily recreate it at home. The only positive thing I have to say is that the veggie toppings were ample and fresh.Note the fact that every single piece of chicken has the exact same width, and almost none have any evidence of grilling. The rounded edges are also telltale. This is freezer chicken 100"

"We were passing through on our way to Indianapolis and saw the sign on the interstate exit. Decided to stop and we are so glad we did! My wife and I both ordered chicken shawarma on rice and sat down at a small table. The food was brought to the tableafter a very short time. The food was fresh and flavorful. The service was exceptional. Overall the experience was great. On theway out, we ordered another chicken shawarma and a lamb on rice to go. Would definitely stop here again whenever passing throughthis area."

"I ordered a MyPie Individual Pizza with pepperoni, and my experience got off to a rocky start when I noticed the box didn’t have a pleasant smell. Still, I thought it might taste fine, so I tried to overlook the pools of grease. Unfortunately, the texture of the cheese was strange and hard to describe, and the flavor was quite off-putting. I honestly believe that 90% of the issue stemmed from the cheese itself. Not even the side of ranch dressing could redeem it. I wouldn’t buy it again. I’m giving it 2 stars because, at least, it was edible, and the crust was decent."

"I was somewhat disappointed by my experience. The honey garlic wings lacked flavor; I didn't taste any honey or garlic—just the wings themselves. The burger was thick but consisted of unseasoned meat, and I wasn't a fan of the roll either. The mozzarella sticks were good, but it's hard to go wrong with those. They did offer a variety of sauces, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was just mediocre. I was surprised because I had a fantastic meal at Ash a few years ago—perhaps they have different cooks now."
