"First time ordering. Had a quick craving for Italian hoagie. Ordered whole wings and fries with it, for pickup, said it would be 20 minutes. Food was ready, but the fries were cold, slightly mushy, and tasted like they sat the entire 20 minutes. They were also unseasoned. The hoagie was overcooked, the lettuce, or lack there of, was wilted and warm, and the tomatoes were mushy. There wasn't any dressing offerings, at least not mentioned to me. The whole wings, on the other hand, were hot, cooked through, not dry, or overcooked. They were seasoned well, but not overseasoned. The wings itself is the reason why I rated 2 stars. Even with the wings, the overall experience was extremely underwhelming, and I wasted gas and money for an underwhelming $30 order."
