"We ordered takeout and I was five miles away visiting a relative when my friend called to check on the food. I completely forgot about it for two hours! I understand they were busy and I appreciate their effort, but I felt the wait was too long. When I finally got home, I discovered that the order was still incorrect after that long wait. I had reminded them about the extra tortillas and bean dip, but we only received half of what we should have for the tortillas. I ordered steak, shrimp, chicken, and two with mushrooms, but we only got steak. I was definitely disappointed, especially since this was the second time in two weeks that our order was wrong. I initially blamed my friend, but I was the one who placed the first order. It would be great if there was someone who could truly understand what customers are saying and knows the menu well enough to handle takeout orders properly; it would have made the experience wonderful, as it always is when we dine in. We really enjoy the service and food when we eat at the restaurant."
