"We order a lot from here for lunch at the office and have had a lot of issues. That we've waited almost two hours for our order to be delivered was probably the worst. The menu doesn't tell you what comes in the salads and when I asked something totally different came! Also, if you pay for an extra like spinach or another fresh ingredient listed on their website you are told they don't actually carry them and they offer you extra tomatoes or something equally as useless, which you don't actually get extra of. The fries are usually cold/old, and the orders are frequently wrong. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub one time and it was soggy processed chicken nuggets on a hard bun. Really gross. We still order from there because there aren't many places that will deliver to where we are on route 11. They'd lose our business quick if another business opens near us with the same kind of food."
