"My husband and I decided to go here after a couple of other places were temporarily closed. We arrived and took the last table available! We had a waiter that approached us and got our drink orders quickly in, but he had mentioned his shift was ending, which was totally fine! A waitress then took our food order. The food came pretty quickly, which was then brought to us by another waiter. The gentleman checked in with us as we were eating the food. He was very kind and attentive. We, however, did not feel the same way about the waitress who had taken our food order. She did not check in with us during our meal and did not seem friendly or approachable. Overall, the food and the atmosphere were good. The only downside was the one waitress."

"For starters, neither of the ladies who answer the phone are pleasant and just sound annoyed. Received my order which was missing the cheese on the sandwich I called back asking for the sandwich to be made correctly.. rightfully so I just paid $26 plus tip for a sandwich and french fries. In an annoyed tone the lady offered to credit my account for cheese for the next time… no thank you I don’t believe I’ll be coming back to the establishment.To add, without warning hand the phone to somebody else.Yes they delivered a new sandwich, however the rolls on both sandwiches were split at the top and bottom and the replacement sandwich that I received had uncooked pieces of bacon on it, which I specifically asked to be cooked well done.Horrible customer service and certainly not worth the money."

"We had had a big lunch and I wanted something simple to take back to our beautiful inn and eat while sitting on the outdoor porch people watching and visiting. I ordered a lobster roll from this café thinking it couldn’t be much because it was only $25, but this was the bargain of the island! The sandwich was huge, stuffed with delicious lobster and it bypassed my expectations big time. I will get this each time I go to the island now!"

"This was an outstandingly negative experience. The food was ok, cheesy bread sticks whatever were under cooked totally, big loaf of bread hard as a rock, lemonade was beyond gross, the waitress although very cute and nice, is not cut out to be a waitress. Over a half an hour to get a drink, 45 mins for any sign of food, forgot our salad dressing and still brought the wrong ones! List goes on and on. Other tables with kids waited even longer than we did, so I cannot be that upset. Just giving an honest review"

"This was a racism filled, horrific experience. From the moment we entered we were treated horribly. The hostess was rude and acted as if we didn't deserve to be seated. While waiting we went to the bar where the bartender repeatedly made inappropriate, race-related comments to our party. Had we not been so stunned and taken-aback at the treatment we received, we surely would have left before continuing our meal. As far as our actual meal, I must say I was unimpressed. We waited an hour after placing our order only to receive sub-standard food that was overcooked, dry, and flavorless. To say I won't be going back is an understatement. "My first time visiting Charley's. I had their version of Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, Cheese Fries and fountain soda. I liked that they put sliced pickles and sweet peppers and sliced the sandwich in half. The taste and portions were fulfilling, notoverwhelmingly salty or fatty. I would buy and eat at the restricted food court (proof of vaccinations and ID required). ADAaccessible and restrooms available throughout QCM."

"Not going back again. I have been a long time customer and this is the third time within the past 8 or 9 months I have been here. I know staff is hard to find, but next door at aunt butchies is still great. I ordered the calamari with the house sauce. After they delivered it to my table, they informed me they don't have any house sauce. I know it seems petty, but if they told me this in the beginning, I would have just ordered something else. They seemed very annoyed I refused it, then gave me a hard time taking it off the bill. Additionally, on my way out waiting for my wife, I overheard three vendors talking to each other outside. Apparently the owner here doesn't pay his suppliers on time. One guy was complaining he hasn't gotten paid for months and another that he was constantly short paid. Not a good way to run a business and I won't patronize a business that doesn't do the right thing."

"I always enjoy dining here with my husband, especially because the staff is typically very efficient and familiar, which ensures consistent food quality. However, today around 12:30, we encountered a young lady with a surprisingly unpleasant attitude. She seemed inattentive to our conversation and actually forgot to take my husband's order when I asked her to add him to mine. To make matters worse, she included everything we specifically asked not to have on our meals and ended up charging my card twice. I had my husband check our bank account to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. Her rudeness was quite off-putting, and I won't return if she's going to be at the register. Management, I urge you to either remove her from the register or provide her with training in customer service skills. I have worked in customer service for quite some time, and it's clear that attitudes like hers can drive customers away."
