"I have been coming here for years and it was always a great experience. I am sad to say those days are over, we were a party of five that ended up walking out due to lack of food. The salid bar had no salid and I had to ask them to fill it. The offerings at the salid bar had been reduced to practically nothing and the cheese bar was shabby. We waited almost a hour and a half and never got any food, they now offer the fried fish at the salid bar area and it was empty almost the entire time and when the waitress asked the cook when it was coming out he got a attitude and said it gonna be awhile twice. They just keep seating people with no way to serve them. We paid for just our drinks and walked out never to return again. So sad they changed from a great goto fish fry to we will never go back agin."

"We were attending a dance competition in the convention center connected to the hotel. We booked a table at the restaurant for 7:45pm. Upon arrival, a guest sitting at the bar turned around and said Find something else, I am waiting for 2 hours now and they are out of food . We were not sure if he was joking, but a bartender arrived and confirmed that they are out of food except for salmon... So, we left... (We had do find another restaurant in the vicinity that could feed us within a hour, bc we had to get back to the competition, this was very stressful) I have never experienced anything like this before, just unbelievable!"

"Night 1: We waited over 30 minutes before the waitress came to take our order. We ended up using a menu from another table. Night 2: My husband went down around 10:30 p.m. to order wings, as the website states they’re open until 11 p.m. He waited 13 minutes before anyone acknowledged him, only to be told the kitchen had closed a long time ago. Meanwhile, the staff member was dropping a basket of wings right in front of another guest. The service was terrible."
