"I ordered the fish taco combo, and while there were some positives, it ultimately fell short on flavor. The tortillas were soft, the rice was delicious, and the fish was cooked perfectly, but the tacos lacked seasoning. The fish could have used a bit more salt, and the chipotle mayo tasted more like regular mayo, overpowering the taco's overall flavor. I think a chipotle sour cream might work better. Additionally, I couldn’t taste the corn salsa at all; it seemed more like a crunchy texture than a flavorful addition. I appreciated the lime and hot sauce that came with the dish, as they helped prevent it from being too bland. If the seasoning issues could be addressed, these fish tacos could easily earn a 5-star rating, as the fish itself was beautifully cooked and tasted incredibly fresh, without any fishy flavor or smell. The tortillas were also of excellent quality."
