"Disappointed with the slow service on our online order at Cubby's. We really enjoy Cubby's food and often eat at the South Jordan location. To avoid previous slow service, we decided to order online before heading to the restaurant. After a home project, we wanted to treat ourselves to some delicious Cubby's food. We placed our order at 8:38 PM, paid online, and arrived at the restaurant by 9:15 PM. However, we were informed that our order hadn't even been started and had been pushed to the next day! I requested if they could still prepare our dinner that night, and they said they would take care of it. After waiting another 20 minutes with no one else in line, we still hadn’t received our food. When I asked for a complimentary drink while we waited, I was denied! This experience has left us very disappointed, and we may need to find a new favorite spot. If a restaurant makes a mistake, the least they could do is offer a free drink while we wait. I believe Cubby's can do better!"
