"I recently dined at Ming’s Bistro and was blown away by the delicious food. While the restaurant is not without its flaws, such as inconsistent temperature of dishes and cleanliness issues, the flavors are top-notch. The service could use some improvement, as customers should not be charged for a dish that is not up to standard. Despite these issues, Ming’s Bistro remains my favorite restaurant. I highly recommend trying their Shrimp Dumplings, Siu Mai, Steamed Roast Pork Buns, Lotus Leaf Rice, Honey BBQ Pork, Chinese Broccoli, Seafood Dumpling, and Shark Fin Dumpling. Mixing their chili oil and soy sauce is a must for enhancing the flavors of their dishes. Overall, Ming’s Bistro is a great place to eat, but just make sure to check your food for any unwanted surprises."
