"I have eaten at MANY Chinese restaurants over the years. And usually, there is only a few things I order...BUT I always order Gen Tsos chicken. It is my favorite of all the dishes. And of all the Chinese places I’ve had it, Good Taste has absolutely THE BEST Gen Tso. At other places a few pieces are “hard” or over-cooked. At Good Taste, every single piece is tender. You don’t even need a knife. And the portion is huge! Absolutely the best anywhere."

"My mother and I stopped by Da Chen for lunch today after my medical appointment in Philadelphia. We are avid fans of this restaurant and have been loyal customers whenever we're in the area. We started our meal with cheese wontons, and then we both enjoyed wonderful lunch combinations: I ordered the chicken with cashew nuts, while my mother had the twice-cooked pork. We also shared a hot and sour soup, pork and shrimp egg rolls, and pork fried rice, all included in our meal combos. Everything was delicious, as always, and the fantastic roasted noodles with duck sauce were a highlight as well. The lovely woman who runs this charming little Chinese spot reminded me of its homey charm. I highly recommend checking out Da Chen!"

"We recently ordered takeout about an hour before the restaurant closed, which may explain why our food was disappointing. The General Gau's chicken tasted more like pork than the dark meat chicken it usually is. The egg rolls had an odd sugary flavor that wasn't sweet; it seemed as if someone added sugar inside them. It was not a pleasant taste. The pork fried rice had plenty of pork and was good, but the rice itself lacked any flavor and contained only one mushroom and one slice of onion—nothing to enhance the taste. The Lo Mein was also unsatisfactory. The only redeeming dish we had was the Chicken Fingers, which were actually delicious. On the service side, staff were friendly, and our server gladly provided extra duck sauce and utensils. We'll give this place another chance since we ordered close to closing time. While I can't definitively say you should go here, I can firmly advise against ordering food an hour before they close."

"The shrimp spring rolls were particularly underwhelming and contributed significantly to my decision not to order from this restaurant again. They were oversized, poorly made, and filled primarily with shredded lettuce, a few small cucumber strips, and just a couple of shrimp per roll. They appeared inedible to me; the rice paper was sticky and poorly wrapped, making them impossible to pick up, and the lettuce didn’t look fresh at all. To top it off, there was no peanut sauce included, so they barely resembled a spring roll. When I called to inquire about this, the woman informed me they were out of noodles, which were typically used in spring rolls, so they substituted with shredded lettuce. This is simply unacceptable. A phone call to discuss alternatives or a refund would have been reasonable given the situation. As for the lettuce wraps, they were just unappealing. I tasted a bit with a fork and found none of the expected traditional flavors. The mix of vegetables included large chunks of carrots, squash, and some other things I couldn't identify. The iceberg lettuce was served in awkward large pieces, making it impossible to hold the filling, with about half of it being brown and inedible. I ended up not eating this dish, either. And the chicken in both the pho and the lettuce wraps looked like it came straight from a bag; it was incredibly subpar. This was by far the worst meal I've had in Fort Collins, and I've tried many places over the years. It was just inedible and poorly prepared. I would hesitate to give this even one star if it weren’t required. I cannot recommend this restaurant at all."

"Whenever I don't feel like cooking and want a light dinner, I always head to this place for takeout sushi. I highly recommend the Maki Combo, which includes three of their standard rolls for about $15. They also have an excellent Spider Roll. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend it!"

"Today was takeout for a special celebration. I have not had Peking duck in probably 12 years and decided to make it part of the celebration. Along with baby bok choy (this is the only place I know that has it and it’s always wonderful) as well as some shumai. Christine was incredibly helpful and even offered to bring everything out to my car when I told her I needed things in bags since I was using a cane. She told me exactly when to show up and everything was wonderful."

"Food delivery person banged on my door, disregarding instructions about my dogs. Asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no, I tipped already. She said, we don 't get that. I said no, I left an additional amount. She then said, You want to give me more money ? I said no, thank you, can I have my food. Then she said only if you sign this. I told her to drop the bag or I was going to call the restaurant. I felt she was going to put down an additional tip and say I signed for it. I told her the food was ok, that 's why I didn 't give it one star....(other than the dripping wet with oil eggrolls , , but with this kind of service, I will take my and tell my family to take their future few+ orders a month elsewhere.(What a circus. ?"

"this place used to be my favorite, my family would order from here once a week for as long as i can remember, the service was always great the food was delicious.... For me personally it has been a while since i ordered from them. However, the last two times this month, that i 've ordered the man who takes the order can never hear anything i say and i have to repeat everything at least 3 times. I live two min away and when i asked for delivery they said an hour so i switched to PICK UP, i left to go pick up the order and a delivery person showed up at my house, so my sister had to pay with her card over the phone so the delivery person could leave. Then, one of the orders was missing but clearly circled on the menu charged. I called back, to get the order delivered and spoke to two different people who had no clue if i was charged or not charged but that they would get the order to me but they think i need to pay again for it Whoever is running it over there now cannot be the same person from years ago, total disaster chaos. They really need to hire people who know how to talk to a customer deal with these situation yes mistakes happen, but a good restaurant fixes it with ease. Extremely disappointed."

"Amazing food and service. The wait time to get a table is rather long, but it's worth it. It's a really good place for a visit with friends and to try some authentic chinese dumplings. We went on a saturday afternoon and had to wait for an hour to get a table. Must try dishes include their egg yolk buns, a soft bun with a salty and sweet egg yolk inside. The chicken feet were weirdly tasty. The sticky sweet sauce over the soft feet was great. The total cost was much lesserthan what I expected."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday when I ordered takeout for my daughter. The food was extremely subpar, and the staff was quite rude. To make matters worse, the bag was covered in food sauces. I requested four disposable plates, but the staff was unkind and told me they didn’t have any, all while displaying a bad attitude. The two employees were also laughing at us when we asked questions about the food. The portion sizes were small, especially considering the high prices, and the food itself tasted terrible. Overall, I would rate this experience as follows: Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1, with a meal cost of $20–30 per person."

"I appreciate the experience and the efforts of the staff. However, I found the flavor of a few dishes I tried to be less than satisfactory. Additionally, the restaurant only offers silken tofu. I would be more inclined to return if they offered firm tofu as well. It feels a bit misleading to claim that vegetarian options are available when the only high-protein option is soft tofu. I would greatly appreciate it if firm tofu could be added to the menu! Thank you!"

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the food, atmosphere, and service. I began my meal with the tonkotsu shio ramen, a pork-based ramen featuring a light, savory broth. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the pork was both tender and flavorful. The toppings were outstanding as well, including a soft-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, and scallions. I will definitely be returning and will invite my family and friends to join me!"

"When I go out to eat at a restaurant, I don't expect the service to be perfect, but I do expect it to be decent at least and accomodating."

"This restaurant is absolutely delicious! We started with appetizers, the seven flavor wonton and the dan dan noodles were hands down the most mouthwatering appetizers I've ever had. My main dish was pork rib soup, which may not be the most exciting meal, but it reminded me of home. The clear, warm pork broth was perfectly salted and plain, just what I needed on a rainy fall night. My husband ordered the sizzling beef in black pepper sauce, and he described it as one of the best meals he's had in a restaurant in a long time. Since moving to the area from New York, he's had a hard time finding good Chinese food, but we finally found it here! I highly recommend this place. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant is super clean."
