"A lot of local OC residents recommended Shark on the Harbor so our expectations were already high? even so, everything about our experience completely blew us away. The staff (friendly and accommodating), the service (prompt without being overbearing), THE FOOD? OUTSTANDING. I appreciate that the menu sites the local vendors who provide the elements of the dishes. I LOVE that the menu is tailored to what seafood was caught THAT DAY. And I was completely blown away by not just the quality of the food itself, which was exquisite, but also by how intricately balanced each dish was in its seasoning and accompanying components. I have traveled across nearly 40 US states and enjoyed fine and casual dining in each location; I can easily place Shark on the Harbor in my top 3 all time favorite, if not #1.
