"Decided to give this Jersey Mikes location a last chance and unfortunately, they didnt mind on disappointing again. Ordered a Gian Big Kahuna, regular Big Kahuna and #7 Provolone and Turkey, ALL on Rosemary herbs and cheese bread. Unfortunately, just like all past orders, all the breads came out white regular which is their worst option when it comes to breads, stiff, dry and unhealthy. Anyway, I called them back as soon as we received the subs and they said I needed to send photos of the actual subs so they could proof that the breads were the wrong breads which I did right away, but honestly, how hard is it to use the wrong breads when everything is on a big screen when you order through Door Dash?? Anyway, I will be more than glad to remove this review once they actually come through and refund me like they said they would, other wise, this is the 3rd time in a row that the mess up my orders, so I will be staying away from this place over all moving forward."

"I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, and I'm so excited that Maricopa has one now! My go-to order is the turkey and provolone on wheat bread, Mike's Way, extra wet. It's definitely better than anything you'll find on the Subway menu. The freshness of the ingredients is impressive—it's a simple, healthy, and delicious option. The staff here work really hard; I often see them juggling mobile orders while helping a steady stream of customers. I highly suggest signing up for their rewards program to start earning points! I missed out on it the first five visits, but ever since I joined, I've been racking up points. The prices for their sandwiches are very reasonable, and sometimes I indulge in the mega size, which is huge! I love sharing it with my partner. They also do a great job keeping the tables clean, and the restrooms are well maintained. The atmosphere inside is pretty quiet, allowing the staff to easily hear your conversation when it's not too busy, but I really enjoy their music playlist—great selections! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!"

"I waited an additional 25 minutes for my online order after the expected 20-minute wait time. It didn't seem like the restaurant was busy, as I noticed many sandwiches being prepared and served while I waited. It appeared that my Italian hoagie had simply been forgotten; the bag was just sitting there. When I inquired about it, the staff acted as if it was no big deal and that they just needed to make it. There was no apology, just a dismissive response. I understand that working in the service industry can be challenging, so I try not to get upset about these things. However, it would have been nice if they had acknowledged their mistake and offered an apology."

"I know, chains aren't cool. Whatever. Then skip this review. I like Jersey Mike's. They ut the meat while you're standing there. They dress your sandwich while you're there. It's awesome. Wawa isn't even cutting fresh deli meat anymore! Really enjoyed the Big Kahuna, I tried it for the first time today. It's just spicy enough. It's a solid sandwich for a fair price. Lastly, the kids working in this shop are a team. They are working together to deliver a great product. Well done."

"Jersey Mikes is a new place for us. We've heard about them, but only recently have we ordered out or eaten in. The Wayne NJ location is okay. This is our second Jersey Mikes location we've purchased from. The staff were friendly and know their product. All staff were busy with either assisting customers or making sandwiches. The store was clean and I would have been okay eating in. The sandwich ordered was fresh and tasty. I should've ordered the large instead of the regular. It was that good."

"I only write reviews for places that truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service, and this location is absolutely one of them. They excel in every aspect—from the consistently fresh ingredients to the unique "Mikes Way" option. The staff is both professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in a clean environment. Even the wrapping of the sandwiches is impressive. This was, without a doubt, the best sub experience I've had in the Midwest. I walked in late one night after a long day, and you could hardly tell I was tired because the quality of the food and the team's service elevated the experience far beyond what typical fast food offers. "Went in the other day before work. Ordered 2 giant subs and 1 regular. The order was clearly written how I wanted them. After 3 attempts to make them I was handed 2, 1 giant and 1 regular. I asked where my other giant was. Oh you had another? YES.....here is the receipt!! Get home to drop them off.....open them and they were STILL WRONG!!! I had to leave because I was already running late for work. Tried calling while on my way to work, several times, only to have the phone ring and ring. I will never go here again!! Especially after paying over $40 for 3 subs, which could not be made correctly after 4 attempts!!!"
