"This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and our waiter brought a delicious dessert with a message in chocolate on his own initiative. We will come back in any case."

"Watch out!! This place made me VIOLENTLY ill and was in the hospital for 2 days due to food poisoning. When I called the restaurant to get a refund they proceeded to deny any of the food possibly making me sick and they refused to give a refund tome without a hospital report…are you kidding me?! "The (milk)tea menu is amazingly quite any variety of combination that you can think, e.g. boba/jelly/pudding or even Yakult. We had Matcha latte with boba and it was so good! Menu is also huge dimming, noodle, Chinese fast food, Thai or southeast Asian delicacies, and Japanese Bento. I'd skip Sushi personally. Other dishes were delish and I will definitely try other dishes again! I've been back for 3 4 times and I'll never be disappointed! Tried mango Yakult with magi jelly and loved it. Walnut beans were also great!"

"Picture the scene. It was a cold and windy Friday morning. My good lady and myself braved the long and dangerous journey to Hereford in search of gifts for our sons birthday. The unforgiving weather forced us to seek shelter, so we did in this establishment. After a brief wait (despite the place being empty! we were seated and our order was taken. Boom. As fast as lightning our beverages arrived. Mine a black coffee, for my wife a tea. Our breakfasts arrived and immediately I felt happy and sad at the same time. The food looked nice which made me happy. Sausage, egg, spuds and mushrooms all looked good. The bacon was slightly undercooked for my taste but what really made me sad was the fact that the beans were seperated from the rest of the food and were imprisoned in a bowl! A bowl! I mean why? If I wanted the beans seperated from my eggs I would use the sausage as a breakwater but I 'd like it to be my choice. Anyway, I soon freed the beans and poured them from the bowl of hate and they mingled on the plate with the rest of the ingredients. Long story short, the breakie was good, and only a fiver too. If you can get over the 'beans segregation policy ' you might enjoy the breakfasts too. I have enclosed a photo for your viewing pleasure. "This use to be the best “hole in the wall” restaurant for years. Now I only come when I’m in the area. Went today and it wasn’t great. The prices for what you get was not the worth. The quality and taste has went down, very disappointed. The rice was horrible, probably old. The service was slow, only one girl working (she was very nice though). Times changed and so has this, I won’t go back. Parking: They shared parking with 2 others places. Only a few spots available. Horrible parking conditions."

"The food at this restaurant was not very good. We ordered a variety of dumplings, General Tso's chicken, and boneless spare ribs. The dumplings had thick, doughy wrappers and the filling was flavorless. The sauce was just soy sauce. The General Tso's chicken was lacking in spice and not crispy. It tasted mostly like sugar and the chicken was tough and chewy. The boneless spare ribs also lacked flavor and seemed almost boiled. The sauce was bland and sugary. The dish was supposed to be rich and fatty, but it was mostly gristly fat. Overall, I hope the restaurant improves in the New Year. The prices were reasonable, but the food was not good."

"WE have been to BElly Q since they opened and always enjoyed it. They recently changed the menu and the selections were limited and the food not up to their usual standard. The noodle dishes were supposed to have meat in them and the dishes were very small with almost no meat. The food in general was greasy and unappealing. It seems as though they have changed their focus from food to drink. On a Saturday night at 8:00 pm, the restaurant was half empty. Not a good sign."

"The restaurant is attached to the Hilton hotel. See my review) My expectations were as low as they could go. When I entered the restaurant I was pleasantly surprised with how many people were there and the great vibe i got. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Holly. She welcomed me with a huge smile and I asked for a menu. The menu was more sophisticated than I thought it would be. I asked Holly for a recommendation; she explained that I couldn’t go wrong with any of the items on the menu. She mentioned the braised short ribs and I quickly said “yes”. When my food was placed in front me the aroma of the ribs made my mouth water. The first bite and every bite after that were heaven. The ribs melted in my mouth. The mashed potatoes were incredible. The sautéed spinach left me wanting more. I ate everything which is something I rarely do. Holly offered me a dessert menu. This would be the true test. If the dessert turned out bad I probably would not be writing this review. Holly was adamant that I try the bread pudding. She insisted that I get a’ la mode. Let me tell you that her recommendation put this dessert over the top. It was the best bread pudding I had ever had. It tasted like French toast. I wanted to gobble it all up , but restrained myself. I regret my decision. I wish I scarfed it down. If you are near this restaurant, even a 100 miles away you need to go. I promise you will not be disappointed. The staff had smiles on their faces. They were happy and helpful. The restaurant was clean, the bar had a great selection of alcohol. The wine list was simple and had something for every price range. I had a glass of “Flower”. My personal favorite. They offered beer from local breweries and specialty drinks. I don’t write reviews on restaurants usually but this restaurant blew me away. It was 0.2 miles from the airport. Please, treat yourself to a lovely dinner or lunch) at this restaurant. I know I’ll be back. Ps Holly, thank you for making my night. I’ll be back."

"I booked a table for 10 people at the Bierhalle in Level99. I've dined multiple times in the taproom, and it was fantastic! However, the Bierhalle was a disappointing experience. We were given just one table that could barely accommodate 4 people, let alone 10. When I spoke to a staff member, she suggested I ask someone else to help us move to another table. I'm not sure why that responsibility fell to me, especially since I made a reservation. Additionally, there were children running between the tables, screaming loudly during our visit. While the food was good, my advice is to eat in the taproom and skip the Bierhalle!"

"For a Chinese takeout place, this is one of the better choices. I have not ordered from here in a couple of years and when I returned recently, I found out the owners are different. However, they kept the General Tso's fish in the menu and I was glad about that. Same good quality. Same good taste.One must not judge the place on ambience--there is no such thing. It is a busy takeout place. Although, I do wonder about the state of the kitchen...nevertheless, with faith, I ordered.Ah, so the food is good quality and the prices are cheaper than most other Chinese places. I am IN. I need to eat good food while getting great value and this place scores. The young lady and her mom who take orders are helpful enough. Don't expect big, warm smiles--that is not what this place is about. Thankful that they get my orders right and fast, too.I am glad I rediscovered this place and I recommend it to Chinese food fans who like enjoying their dishes at home. "As for nearby activities, the hotel is close to an older mall that is currently being revitalized, so the surrounding area boasts various amenities and fantastic restaurants. There's a Red Lobster in the same parking lot, just a short walk away. Plus, a water park and mini-golf park are just a short drive from the hotel. Regarding safety, the hotel is well-lit in the evening and situated in a secure area. However, since you're in Phoenix, it's always wise to remain vigilant. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable, with other nice hotels nearby. The trees provide ample shade, and there are plenty of businesses open in the vicinity. For food and drinks, I recommend checking out the options mentioned above."
