"A few months ago, I finally made it to The Black Sheep to try Chef Steven Gedra's excellent burger at the bar. The delicious burger served with some of the best fries in Buffalo were an accurate foreshadowing of our next meal which took place a few weeks ago. Our dinner was full of tirelessly sourced local ingredients and nose to tail cooking for which Steve has earned a dedicated following and a great reputation. Our meal was excellent from beginning to end. The food was executed expertly and was delicious, while the service was attentive, informative and friendly."
