"This is undoubtedly the best Pho restaurant in Newport/Costa Mesa. The staff is friendly, and the owners are incredibly sweet! I've never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend the jumpers and the chicken pho! If you're a vegetarian, definitely try the Tofu Vermicelli—it’s absolutely delicious!"
