"First, let me say that parking is atrocious. We parked a ten minute walk away. We picked Stogie Joe 's to eat at while in Philly because it was a Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives spot. The place was busy and the staff was hustling. Our server waspolite, but not personable. We were seated in what I would say is an add on room, which they called 'the garage '. It was sounbelievably loud, we could not even have a conversation, and it wasn 't music or TV 's, just people! Food was good. We had thesquare pizza with fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil, and more. It was good, but pretty sure we won 't be going back. I could notstand the noise. Oh, and it 's cash only, but an ATM is on site."
