"We celebrated our anniversary at Fontana Di Trevi and had a wonderful experience with the service. The staff was very attentive and regularly checked in on us. We started with a pitcher of the 'Full of Grape' and the mussels appetizer from the Chef's Special, both of which were excellent and came in generous portions. However, we found the entrees to be just mediocre—nothing particularly memorable, especially given how great the drink and appetizer were. We ordered the jumbo shrimp and chicken scarpariello. At the end of our meal, when we asked for the bill, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary panna cotta dessert, which was delightful. The restaurant is cozy and would have been perfect for a romantic anniversary dinner, but it became quite loud as it filled up, making it challenging to have a conversation without raising our voices over the noise from other guests. I would be willing to give this place another shot, as trying different items from their menu might enhance my overall impression. The exceptional service is definitely the primary reason I would consider returning."
