"I visited the restaurant on Valentine's Day evening and was extremely disappointed with the slow service. Despite knowing it would be a busy night, it seemed like they were understaffed. Our server was overwhelmed with tables, leading to poor service, and the kitchen was backed up. It took over 40 minutes for our oysters to be served from the raw bar, even though they require no cooking. Our pasta dishes took about an hour to arrive, even though they are likely just reheated and topped with quickly cooked seafood. The restaurant itself was nice, but sitting next to the large windows was freezing. I had to keep my winter coat on throughout the meal, as did others sitting by the windows. The food was good, but with such long wait times, anything would have tasted good. Unfortunately, the couple next to us had to leave before their food arrived because despite having a 6pm reservation, they had to leave by 8pm for a show. Overall, it was not an ideal dining experience."
