"I have been to a different Jack's Donuts before where they still had a good selection after 3pm, so I assumed this location would also be prepared for a special holiday. However, they were completely out of donuts and closing early. When I asked why they didn't make more, they simply said they did not expect to be so busy and the bakers were not available.
We were disappointed to find the store completely closed and out of stock, and based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Their donuts are worth trying, but I would suggest visiting a different Jack's Donuts if possible. Many people have shared similar experiences with this particular location, and I believe they should clearly state their closing time based on availability. Overall, I am not upset that they closed once they sold out of donuts, as long as it is communicated to customers."
