"We made a reservation and were even contacted to confirm it so we were sure to get there on time. There was a sign at the host station that said Seat Yourself. No reservation was needed as only 2 other tables were filled. We ordered Calimari which was so tough I sent it back. While my husband and daughter liked the pizza I was not impressed with that either. Would never return to this restaurant and question how they got good reviews in first place."

"One reviewer mentioned something about paying $25 for a NY steak for the dogs. Their NY steaks are not $25. They have never been. However, they are quite good. You'd be hard pressed to find a steakhouse that has never served a bad steak. It happens. Best you can hope for is a competent waiter in that situation and I'd wager that if you are polite, things will go well for you. Last I was there, our waiter (big white guy with facial hair, can't remember his name unfortunately) bought us a desert out of pocket for our anniversary. That's never happened anywhere! I'll definitely be back."

"Outrageous....called at 3:00 pm for reservation for seven for 5:30 was advised their reservation program allows you to be seated behind others with reservations and any walk ins already signed in. Sounded reasonable but upon arrival....advised at least an hour wait!! When we repeated we had reservations for seven for 5:30 were told in an extremely snotty tone by hostess with the least they don't make traditional reservations! What?? Restaurant business reservations are traditional: pick a time and advise number of diners!! Hour wait with three children under five years old??? We looked in patio area off bar and there were SIX OPEN TABLES AND TWO OPEN TABLES IN THE BAR!! We took table on patio and sure enough we waited HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES FOR RIBS, CHICKEN, FRIES AND SALADS BECAUSE SHE SAID THE KITCHEN WAS BACKED UP!!! ALL OF THOSE FOODS ITEMS WOULD HAVE BEEN COOKED ALREADY!! Does any restaurant cook ribs to order???? We asked for fries for kids to snack on....ROBOT RESPONSE: KITCHEN BACKED UP. Hour and fifteen minutes for kids fries. FLIES WERE IN ABUNDANCE ALL THROUGHOUT PATIO DINING AREA! Had to cover our food with napkins. Topping was when fly landed in my drink! Of course he didn't drink much he just drowned!! If your kitchen help can't support the number of tables diners you can seat then hire sufficient kitchen help or reduce your number of tables. To top things off they served our food to the diners across the patio from us WHO TOUCHED OUR PLATES AND THEN SAID THIS ISN'T MY ORDER!! . Server retrieved the plates and came across to our table asking if these were our orders?? Yes those are our orders but not after someone else touched the plates!!! Back to the kitchen and twenty minutes later I'm sure we received the same plates!!! This used to be a nice place to eat but now it is over run with snotty, arrogant young servers who don't give a damn, managers who never show the whites of their eyes and owners who obviously are only interested In the bottom line! Never again!"

"Upon entry the check in line staff were not very friendly, but it was a busy night so maybe thats where the attitude came from. Or maybe it was my boy friends attire, he came straight from work was still grungy. It was a 45 minute wait to get seated in dining room, so we chose to eat in the bar. Waited quite some time to get a menu, then quite awhile to order. Took over an hour to get our food, but it was a Saturday night it was busy. Only 1 Server for the bar, she was friendly knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the bar was packed she was definately overworked! Tipped her well as she deserved it. Apparently the kitchen does not cook meat to order so, we won 't be a frequent customer.."

"I bought some chocolate eclairs from this bakery to celebrate my friend's birthday, and I have to say I was let down. It's quite challenging to find a bakery that knows how to make good eclairs. This is a classic French pastry, and honestly, if bakeries can't make it properly, they shouldn't attempt it at all. Having been born in Europe, I've had my fair share of authentic eclairs. The only place in the U.S. that comes close to making genuine eclairs is the Paris hotel in Las Vegas. Bakeries could really benefit from consulting with them to perfect their recipe."
