"The customer service at this restaurant is quite disappointing. Some of the staff members are rude and unprofessional, and they never greet customers, instead just staring. They seem to do very little, either walking around aimlessly or moving at a sluggish pace, which is amusing in a frustrating way. I truly wonder who hired them. The last time I visited for takeout, I asked a man wearing a headset for assistance. He told me to wait a moment, but he was actually available and simply didn't seem to care. After five minutes, a woman finally stepped in to help me. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience."
