"I ordered cheese and onion enchiladas, which are supposed to come with beans and rice. However, what I received were three corn tortillas folded and topped with cheese and a mountain of raw onions. Seriously? It seems like the cook might not understand that the filling is supposed to go inside the tortillas, or maybe they just didn’t feel like putting in the effort. The dish was meant to be covered in chili, but when I asked the waitress where it was, she brought me a tiny one-ounce cup of red sauce. This restaurant has been around since 1982? How is that possible? It was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had."
