"We have been waiting for nearly two months for Joe, the owner, to refund our $250 deposit for a party that had to be canceled due to the Covid pandemic. He promised to send the money back, but it has yet to arrive. Unfortunately, I'm left with no choice but to publicly express my dissatisfaction with his poor customer service and dreadful customer relations on social media. Given the circumstances, we will not consider rescheduling our party there. Joe cashed the check on January 16, just a day after receiving it. The party was canceled on March 16.
