"I stopped by this restaurant because I was informed that I needed to go inside to purchase gift cards instead of using the drive-thru. While I was there, I bought two gift cards for my son's birthday today and also ordered a medium decaf hazelnut coffee. The coffee was decent, but it was made with regular decaf coffee, to which they added hazelnut flavored syrup. I'm so accustomed to getting my coffee from Wawa, whether hot or iced, as it's brewed fresh from hazelnut beans. I love adding their brand of hazelnut creamer to it for a truly delicious cup of coffee. In my opinion, it tastes much better than Dunkin'."

"I usually visit Dunkin' Donuts mainly when I need to use their restroom, but I’ve been prompted to leave a review, so here it is. I'm not a huge fan of their coffee, but I genuinely enjoy seeing older people come together with friends and have such engaging conversations. "Coffee is good lately but the English muffins on sandwiches are always stale and chewy not toasted and crisp like other locations. This location has had this problem for YEARS probably because they refuse to use the toaster and use the convection oven for it. nasty and lazy. Other locations do it correctly. I wish I lived near the one near home depot that one is awesome!"

"This is hands down the worst Dunkin' in the immediate area. And it has been for years now. Orders are always incorrect, the drive-thru is a consistent disaster, and the employees are rude. I avoid this location unless absolutely necessary. And even then I typically avoid it. H is a terrific person and a great worker, but she has no help here. One person can't do everything all the time. The two elderly owners are incompetent as well, and it's obviously trickling down the ladder."

"This restaurant location is quite good. Some weekends, especially Saturday mornings, it can get a bit chaotic and orders may be delayed. However, most of the time, there are staff members who take your order and start preparing your drinks (or writing on the cups) as you’re ordering. I really enjoy the convenience of ordering in person; it’s often quicker than using the drive-thru. Speaking of which, the drive-thru tends to be quite busy in the mornings. The place looks much nicer and more modern since the renovation. The staff is friendly and polite, which adds to the overall experience."

"I left a bad review a couple of years ago and nothing has changed at all... it actually got worse, which is very hard to believe. This will be the last time I step foot in this place. There is never EVER a time you can walk into this DD , order and get out in a timely manner. You will always wait on a line for at least 5 to 10 minutes.... and that's when they're not busy. See for yourself. Just for the heck of it, try for yourself. It doesn't matter what time, you will always wait. They are way understaffed and the manager is always dazed and confused. How this place is still in business, I'll never know. Go to the one on Hillside Ave in floral park.... so much better and under much better management. Maybe this time management or the owner will check their reviews and possibly do something about it. Smh"

"This is my favorite place to grab a coffee. My son loves their donuts. The staff here is friendly and always cheerful, welcoming customers with a smile and managing orders efficiently. "Everyone loves Dunkin' Donuts, but why do they expect tips every time? We don't tip at fast-food restaurants like KFC, McDonald's, or even at grocery stores where workers often do more work. Why should we be expected to tip at Dunkin' Donuts? Not leaving a tip can negatively impact the service you receive and the attitude of the staff towards you. "There is only one person working counter. She is talking on her phone. Her phone call is more important than taking an order. When she did finally decide to put her phone down, she had an attitude at the counter, completely disregarded my order and started to ring in what ever she felt like. "I really enjoy visiting this Dunkin' in the mornings. The atmosphere is quite lively, and the staff are always friendly. The service is quick and accurate, which I appreciate. One downside is the chaotic parking lot; if you can't find a spot, I recommend parking on the street or near the liquor store. That way, I can chill in my car and watch all the crazy drivers during rush hour. This is definitely my favorite Dunkin' when I'm in Newton—it always puts a smile on my face before I head home!"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor. When I placed my order, the woman at the register got it completely wrong. When I asked her to fix it, she began to argue with me, and the man behind the counter also joined in on the confrontation. I requested a refund and tried to cancel my order, but they refused to do so. I plan to contact Dunkin' corporate about this and will not be returning to this location. Additionally, one of the employees told me to "step outside" and even threatened to fight me. I recorded the incident on video. I’ve never encountered anything like this before; it felt like a scene from a YouTube video where fast food workers clash with customers. I was truly shocked."
