"The staff at this restaurant were quite unpleasant. My initial order was incorrect, but I didn't say anything. After waiting for 40 minutes, I was shocked by the service. She carelessly tossed my new cheese bread onto the counter and walked away. I also requested a sauce for my cheese bread and patiently waited for her to return. When I finally asked for it, she threw it towards me and said, "Next time, you have to pay for that; it ain't free." This sauce has always come with the cheese bread, and I was unaware of any changes. Instead of explaining the policy nicely, her response was rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back. I also noticed the employees in the back were on their phones. I have a lot more to say, but I'll leave it at that."
