"This was our second time to this restaurant. We came back for a special Valentine’s dinner (not actually on Valentine’s Day). Our first visit was fantastic. The service was impeccable and the food and drinks were delicious so we were really looking forward to the dinner and brought friends with us. Unfortunately this experience was the complete opposite. The service was terrible. Server didn’t know the menu or what was on it. The food runners didn’t know who ordered what. They left empty drink glasses on the table even after new ones were delivered. Never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. This is an upscale, slightly expensive restaurant and this evening was a complete waste of money. Very sad to say that we won’t be going back even though we really like the atmosphere and the live music (singing Frank Sinatra, etc) is a nice extra."

"Well, Where to begin..... Our dinner date turned into a not so great dinner movie night thanks to this place! Absolutely Awful from the venue, gross, dirty, unclean with flies buzzing around our food, poor very unwelcoming service sitting for 45 minutes without a single customer service check in. A nasty attitude bar tender who spoke down to you in the most rude, unfriendly condending way to the on top of this our 1 HOUR LATE FOOD delivered COLD! Literally forgot we were there, we had to seat ourselves after needing to look for someone to help us with menus. It was so awful Absolutely AWFUL! Disgusted and embarrassed for the venue. The owner or I guess manager wasn't great either, he did give a about anything that had happened or customer service. Left without watching our date night planned, already paid for movie. Time for new management bar tender. Customer service 0 10 Friendly WELCOMING staff 0 10 absolutely nothing great about this Food 0 10. (Flies buzzing around our faces food) (Food delivered LATE COLD, over 45 minutes from order to delivery) absolutely disgusting! Drinks 6 10 Venue 2 10 Nothing about this place was inviting or pleasant. We left. Went elsewhere and had a fantastic rest of our date night. This place is a 1 10. Absolutely nothing great about it besides the 1 drink each we recieved out of everything."

"our culinary experience could have been catastrophic if my man did not approach the manager in the middle of our visit. he went over to make everything right. we'll be back for him and that. we sat at 7:30 a.m. to dinner and after we sat for over 20 minutes without being greeted by our waiter, my man approached him to devote this to his attention. when he ignored our table, we asked another waiter with the host. our new waitress was pleasant, but still obviously inexperienced. after several other mistakes we talked to the manager and he did everything right. we both had the Monday prime rib special and it was delicious."

"Ordered Chefs feast to get a good sample of the top items. The feast was a normal meal size, nothing special. Would have just been better to order the variety options that we were interested in.The ribs where suggested as a must try item, Seemed like they were stewed all day and were more slimy than good.Overall good food and drinks, but nothing stood out as special."

"Shabu is a restaurant in Park City that is characterized by its high prices, mediocre food, and unfriendly staff. We tried rolls, ramen, and a couple of appetizers, but our waiter seemed disinterested and possibly under the influence. However, the manager did try to improve our experience and was friendly and professional. For those looking for pricey Asian cuisine and sushi, Yuki nearby may be a better option. For better tasting and more affordable options, we recommend Kuchu Shabu at Canyons Resort or the sushi bar at Whole Foods."

"We enjoyed a lovely dinner and fun time at Cafe Murano last evening. The food was great, and our waitress was wonderful. Although due to the rain, we couldn’t have our dinner outside, we were able to have our reservation switched to a booth inside. "The veggie korma, butter chicken, and pomegranate chicken were absolutely incredible. I can't get enough of the papadums served with chutney before the meal; they're simple yet bursting with flavor. We've tried various Indian restaurants, and this one is hands down the best. We live in Mount Vernon and happily make the 45-minute drive once a month just to enjoy this amazing food!"

"After receiving the bill, I noticed a slip stating that the prices listed on the menu were cash discount prices. If paying with credit, the prices would be higher. This information should be clearly displayed on the menu itself. I do not consider myself cheap, but find this practice misleading and unfair. According to the attorney general's office, the higher credit card prices should be clearly listed on the menu, price tag, or sign. I recommend that the owner/management revise their notification policy to avoid potential legal issues."

"Situated very near to a pair of major Pasadena cross streets, E. Colorado Blvd. and S. Lake Ave., it could be easy to overlook this wonderful eatery because of its somewhat clandestine location on Shoppers Ln. It’s worth finding, trust us! You can also trust a full dining room on a Thursday evening. We had an early reservation and by the time we left around 7, it was quite crowded. Items our trio ordered included: the Mexican Street Corn Flatbread as a starter; a Chicken and Papaya Quesadilla as a main; a Beet, Goat Cheese Arugula salad; and a Ginger Veggie Bowl. The flavor combinations in each of the dishes were simply divine. Fresh ingredients, cooked to order and served hot really delicious, all around. We especially liked the flavor combinations of the ample grilled veggies with the ginger sauce in the bowl, and the unique duo of chicken and papaya in the quesadilla. The salad and the bowl were both accompanied by pieces of either their trademark fresh baked zucchini bread (wonderful! or garlic bread (go with the zucchini bread. WAY too much food for three hungry people serving sizes at Green Street Restaurant are significant and we took home plenty of leftovers. Our server, whose name I believe was Josh, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We left full and happy and hopeful our travels bring us back this way someday to enjoy Green Street Restaurant again, perhaps on the fabulous patio next time."

"Came here for dinner out and wanted pasta. Found this place on my Google search. The atmosphere inside is very romantic. (At least I thought it was. We enjoyed a cocktail as well as the fresh bread and butter. Kip(kc really like their bread and butterand olive oil and balsamic provided on the table.. I had the beef Gorgonzola pasta and kip (kc enjoy the steak fettuccine. Fordessert we shared a chocolate chip bread pudding.. everything was delicious and our waitress Patty was very attentive. It wasslow when we first got there and then started to pick up. Which brought our attention that Patty was the only server on thefloor. Which explains why towards the end of our dinner service. The service became a little bit slower.. but understandably.. I would recommend this if you're looking for some amazing pasta dishes"

"I got overcharged and never refunded. I ordered 4 things so the total should have been around $50, but got charged almost double. I called and explained what happened, and the manager said they will call me back. They never did. It?s been almost 2months and no one has called me even though I called multiple times. Every time they ask for a name and number, and will promiseyou they will call you back the same day. They never do. Instead, the manager will give you attitude for being upset for beingovercharged and will waste your time. Looked at the other reviews and now it makes sense. Food is also mediocre and not worthit. Don?t be fooled by the nice location. Only good if you like being overcharged and having your time wasted. Don?t be fooledif they respond to my review saying they tried to contact me, trust me they didn?t."

"Food was fantastic! Restaurant was also nice itself. Service was meh. We went this last Sunday a group of four of us and when we told our server about the **** Mary being watered down and tasting bad he had no response. We ended up getting mimosas instead which tasted good. Also the food runner who refilled our friends ice-t used the same glass and we watched him take the rim of the glass that my friend had drank out of to dip right into the ice cooler. We were also immediately greeted with: “just a friendly reminder there is a 90 minute wait limit” even though there was just about no one in the restaurant. We all understand there is the 25 occupancy rule at the moment but as a former restaurant worker of several years the customer service was off and didn’t make for an overall great first experience. Hope to come back for dinner for a more memorable experience."

"Food was good. The paella was different than I expected. The rice was a little gummy and it had a lot of liquid. I’ve tasted much better paella. The other small plates we shared were very tasty. We sat outside and we ordered red sangria. It was very tasty but maybe when serving outside provide a separate pitcher of ice as the sangria became very watered down. The staff was awesome. Some of the best wait staff I’ve ever experienced."

I did really enjoy the risotto with the scallops, and the carrot cake for dessert. The French onion soup lacked depth of flavor…. amazingly bland. Nothing was bad, but I’m not inclined to go back soon."

"Excellent food and service. Atmosphere was fair as we had a high table that bordered common area outside the restaurant. A half wall with clear glass at top did little to make us feel we weren’t part of the crowd passing by. Or on display to the crowds. After we were seated, two long tables arrived and were seated right next to us. They were on a Vegas food tour. They were crowded right up against us and the server loudly detailed the drink and food items each time they were brought to the table (basically low level shouting so entire table could hear which was very disruptive to our experience . At the point we realized he would be doing this more than once we really would’ve preferred a different table (restaurant wasn’t full but we were already into our tapas. We would not sit in that area of restaurant next time… felt like we were eating in a mall food court. We would return for the shrimp, the chorizo, the potatoes in chili sauce, spring green salad and the chicken on puréed garlic with peppers. (I don’t have access do menu atm for the dish names."

"I don 't normally go for Spanish cuisine but I 'm glad I went here. The Shishito Peppers were piping hot and skillfully charred. I ate all of them down to the stem. My 14 oz NY Strip was the best I 've had in a long time. The outside was caramelized so evenly that I suspect the steak was cut to be as flat a possible which helps the browning process. It didn 't need any extra salt and was juicy throughout. I found out that 'Tyler ' was the chef for that. He knows what he 's doing. This steak eclipsed the excellent one I had a few nights prior at Salt and Char. Service was attentive"

"Good food. Good beer. Good staff. Good location. A nice variety of food is on the menu - everything from small apps like pickle bites to full steak dinners. And the beer is really good, too. A great selection of draft and bottled beers to complement whatever you pick from the menu. I had the chicken pot pie - just returned to the menu in time for Fall/Winter. It paired nicely with the English bitter and the oatmeal stout. Can't wait to come back and try this combo on a really cold day. Overall, this place was well worth the visit!"

"I was impressed with the location and decor. The staff wear pilot uniforms which is a nice touch. It's across the street from the airport on the 6th floor so you can see the planes land and takeoff. I have mixed feelings about the food. The appetizers were great and dessert was amazing! My steak entree was not cooked as per my request so it was a little overdone and tough. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious. I would try them again as their brunch menu looks tempting. Overall I had a good experience."
