"The sushi was wonderful. We ordered our steaks to be cooked medium-rare, but they arrived more medium, though they were still delicious. They were hosting a special event for the first time, and it seemed they weren't fully prepared for the large turnout. However, they worked hard to accommodate everyone, and I commend them for their efforts. We'll definitely be returning."

"Love the food don’t get me wrong but ordering online which is supposed to be easier is a hassle! I hit the link for the “deal” two large pizzas with two toppings each and a soda, got here and they had two mediums waiting for me. I explained that I ordered two large and then I look back at my email and it does show two mediums. I then explained the website made a mistake, when you click on the large deal it changes back to medium. Maybe I should’ve paid more attention but when I told the lady what happened and that I needed the larger pizzas because of guests at home, she was zero help at all. Also, the website also says coke is what the 2 liter will be and all they have is Pepsi, I told her that the website says coke and she could care less. It’s little things like that and the response that makes people start buying pizza elsewhere! Thanks for the headache dalias West Covina!"

"I have been a customer here since about a year after they opened. This is my favorite place to eat outside of my home. The food exceeds my expectations and is affordable enough my family can eat here weekly even with current economics. When we come here we feel cared for by the staff. Enough so that when we see changes in the staff we miss the ones who are no longer there and always ask if they went to some place even better and we try to build up a rapport with the new members of the staff. We come here for regular meals and we celebrate occasions here as well. I have resisted leaving a review for years but I am very happy that Hacienda has been able to survive the past few years. I normally come here with my family that my family is out of town right now visiting more distant relatives and even though I came by myself and our preferred waiter was not here other members of the staff recognized me and immediately asked where my family was. To me this personal connection is worth a lot. This is the right combination of quality quantity economy and service."

"We were a large group who called ahead to make a reservation at Los Jalapeno. When we arrived, everything was ready and the staff was very attentive. The food was excellent, the service went above and beyond, and the atmosphere was perfect for enjoying our Mexican meal. We are from Arizona where there are many great restaurants, but we had an excellent experience at Los Jalapeno. There was plenty of parking available as well."

"I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Honestly, I believe my children could have prepared better meals than what we were served. It felt like a complete waste of both time and money. What troubled me even more was seeing the owner's young children playing in the kitchen, right next to hot pots and pans. That seemed incredibly unsafe, and I was shocked. The food was mediocre at best, but witnessing those kids in such a dangerous setting was even more concerning. I genuinely think this situation needs to be reported to the relevant authorities. I would never allow my own children to be in such a hazardous environment, and this is simply unacceptable. I plan to contact Child Protective Services and express my worries about the food quality to local health authorities as well."

"I strongly advise against dining here unless you are Indian, as it seems that the staff treats Indian patrons much better. Our experience with the service was quite disappointing! To start, we waited an incredible 40 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Although we ordered six meals, only one dish was served initially, and it came without the accompanying rice. After another 30 minutes, three more dishes finally appeared. My mother had ordered goat curry but was mistakenly served lamb curry instead, and we had to wait another 30 minutes for the last two dishes to arrive. By this time, the rest of our group had already finished their meals. We also found ourselves repeatedly requesting more water and ice, which took another 15 minutes to arrive. The food itself was nothing special—mediocre at best. When we received the bill, we discovered that we still hadn’t received the rice for the first dish, despite asking for it multiple times. To make matters worse, when we attempted to pay with a credit card, we were hit with a credit card fee. Additionally, there was an "Administration fee" included on the bill, which turned out to be a hidden gratuity that had already been added. They even had the nerve to include a separate tip section on the bill! This was our first and last visit to this restaurant."

"I?m shocked at the amount of good reviews this place has. I?ve ordered from here twice. The first time my order was messed up and I couldn?t even eat it due to allergies. The second time (credit to them) they got the order right but the food quality wasjust unacceptable. The pasta was bland.. tasteless almost? and the Pizza was just an utter mess. They?ve got quite a good saucethat they are using but everything else about the pizza was incredibly disappointing. I don?t at all recommend this place fortheir main dishes. That said their Garlic Bread is quite good and their Mozzarella Sticks were fantastic? but that?s just notenough to give this place a good review."

"My family and I always eat here every year on Father?s Day and we are never disappointed. The food is outstanding. You cannot go wrong ordering anything on the menu and the Father?s Day buffet is unmatched in quality and quantity of food. We had a tremendous waitress today who was very attentive even though we were enjoying the self serve buffet. I do not think any of us had an empty glass of tea or water during our entire visit. "Fantastic hole-in-the-wall, has about every kind of food you could want, Italian, American, breakfast, etc. Excellent service and the food alone was worth the perfect review. This restaurant is going to be a constant return place for me and my wife anytime we are hungry around OKC. Shannon was the name of our server and not only was she attentive, but she was fast, went above on our requests and asked the right clarifying questions on anything that could have been miscommunicated. This is only the second time I saved a restaurant in another city to make sure I return to it."

"We went on a Sunday evening, and it was a bit crowded, but the wait was only about 20 minutes. I love the vibe in this place. It's like a very old, traditional Mexican restaurant (which it actually is . The menu is huge, so there's lots of choices, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. (There were 7 of us. I got the seafood enchiladas and they were really delicious. The only thing I didn't care for were the chips. They are the really coarse, greasy ones. It's just as well, though, because I didn't fill up on chips like I usually do! The service was good and the employees attentive. I know we'll be back because there are several things we each still want to try. It was well worth the drive from San Marcos. I would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Decent little spot with a pretty nice menu. The staff is friendly, and helpful. You start off with free chips and salsa which is always a plus, only thing is I wish the chips were served warm. Me and my husband decided to try the steak nachos, they come with the beans, meat, and cheese already cooked on top the chip. Which I don't mind, but I think the dish would be better and more worthwhile if the ingredients came as a dip or individual for you to put on top chips served on the side, but still tasty. For our entrees we chose the enchiladas. I picked the shrimp, and my husband got the seafood. I really enjoyed the flavor of the shrimp and cheese sauce, I wasn't a fan of the amount of spinach they used and how it wasn't quite sauteed enough, and the cream cheese was rather room temp. Also if you are selling a dish with seafood it should have more seafood in it than veggies, which was also the case for my husband's dish. More mushrooms than seafood. All in all good flavor, just think they should cook to order and not use the warmer to get dishes hot. At 20 dollars a dish , take the time to do more cooking it will be well worth the customers experience. The margarita was excellent ??"

"No Frills is a staple in the Kennedale/Arlington community. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school! Always a great time reuniting with friends. Food is good and customer service is always above par. Came in on a busy Thanksgiving Eve with a smaller group, not expecting more people would show up. Dave was more than accommodating opening up the big room for us to all have a place to sit and enjoy our night. Kudos to Matthew as well! He had a big section but he was always there ready and attentive. Keep up the good work! The experience is always improving."

I highly recommend requesting Laura when you visit; you will surely have a fantastic experience. However, I would advise against having Deanna as your server unless you enjoy an unprofessional and inappropriate approach, which can make all the men at the table uncomfortable, regardless of their marital status. "I had a strong craving for a torta, so I ordered a carne asada torta, hoping for a delicious Mexican treat. Unfortunately, I was left extremely disappointed. The bread wasn’t the traditional type used for tortas, and there were more onions than meat in it. I’ve never felt so let down after spending my money. I also ordered agua de jamaica, but it tasted like water with way too much sugar. I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. Service: Takeout."
