"I’ve only visited one other Little Caesars in the two years I've lived in Virginia, and I quickly remembered why I stopped going there as soon as I placed my order for a 3 Meat Classic and saw the price. This location is much better in my opinion. The employees were calm and focused; they genuinely seemed to care about taking my order correctly the first time. My food was served in a timely manner and was nearly perfect—every corner was loaded with toppings, and I didn’t even ask for extra. Most importantly, my son’s cheese pizza looked exactly how a cheese pizza should. He’s only 7, but as soon as he was happily enjoying his favorite pizza without any issues, I knew this place was a winner for us!"

"Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it?d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes foran employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counterand helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able toask and was told ?it?s in the oven, sorry baby.? And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time Ihad to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on apizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take yourmoney elsewhere."

"Not sure what happened with management for this location or if they were short on staff but was waiting for my pizza for 50 mins in the lobby. There were only two people working so I figured it would be delayed but for an hour? Also, one of the two was clearly new and untrained. What happened to the older white hair lady? She was always on top of the crew and made sure things were quick. I'm disappointed and hoping things will get better."

"I'm so sick of this location. It was really good 2ish years ago. Then the staff just degraded, and the service went out the window. They've recently revived the pizza so that it's actually tasty again (it was mealy and dry for over a year) which is the only reason I'm giving a second star to them. Went in today after a long day and just wanting something quick and cheap for dinner. I asked the staff about the sauces I ordered online because they weren't with my order. The guy just looks at me....and never speaks. I asked again a little louder and he just keeps staring at me with a blank look on his face. So I just reached over the counter and started grabbing my own sauces, and then he just silently watched me leave. It was such a bizarre experience. The price may be decent, but I am so tired of the people who work here. If I hear they've hired an all new staff, maybe I'll be back. I'll gladly pay a little more for Padrino's down the street from now on because it's better anyway and the people there are so nice and friendly every time."

"Definitely needs more staffing. Seems to never have hot and ready pizzas. Last time I ordered, I did so online and my order still wasn't ready when I arrived. All I had ordered was a cheese and pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. However, the manager provided excellent service and made sure my pizzas was fresh and delicious when I finally did get them."

"This place has gone down as of recently. The employees don't seem to care about the customer anymore. Nobody wears gloves, they seem disconnected from the customer. I've been there numerous times and the lunch combo wasn't ready at lunch time. Had to wait30 minutes for a combo to be ready. Place needs work or I'll just have to go somewhere else. Gave this place another try andstill no lunch combos ready, it was 12:30pm and no combos had been made. If I haven't already paid I would have left."

"Worst service around. Placed order for pickup at 7:38 p.m. confirmation said it would be ready around 8:15 p.m. arrived at the location at 8:25 p.m. and the door was locked I had to go through the drive-thru to be told my order wasn't ready they were waiting on one pizza and to wait in the parking lot they would bring it out to me I sat in the parking lot and watched the manager and the other employee basically stand and not do anything while about 15 other cars were waiting for their Pizzas. At 9:13 p.m. I got an email saying my order was ready. I waited about 10 minutes being the entire time I was sitting there and nobody else's pizzas were brought out to them I went back around through the drive-thru to be told again that they were still waiting on one pepperoni pizza I asked for a refund and the young girl at the window said she would have to get her manager he offered no apologies or anything just punched in some numbers walked away to leave the cashier to apologize. Something really needs to be done about this location."
