"I like the pizza here, the prices are reasonable, and they're open later than most places, which is the reason I've ordered from them multiple times. Unfortunately every time I've ordered since my very first order, I've had issues. The order before last, they forgot my drink. They told me that they forgot it but they would get me back next time. I was fine with that even though most wouldn't be. This last order I called to ask for them to include the drink that was missing. When I got the drinks this time, they tasted horrible, like the syrup had run out completely. I had my brother try it for a second opinion and he agreed it was horrible and poured it out. I had placed the order through the slice app and when they asked for my rating of the order, I left 3 stars due to the drink issue. I wasn't even going to bother complaining but Slice prompted me to chat to customer service to explain my rating. I did and they contacted the restaurant to see if I could get refunded for the drinks. They told me they talked to the restaurant who si.ply said the drinks were fine and refused to provide any refund at all and hung up. I might give them one more chance, but this was a really bad sequence of events."
