Jumbo shrimp filled with savory crabmeat, herbs, and spices, broiled to perfection for a delightful taste.

"Was there for a dinner date with my husband. The food was wonderful, our server was top notch, and it was just an overall lovely night. My ONLY note would be that the tables are close together, so much so that I was practically a part of the conversation of the table next to us. But, not the worst thing, ever. We will definitely go back!! Service: Dine in"

"I’ve been a Porta Bella fan for years. Not sure I will go back anytime soon. 140 bucks (incl 15% tip) didn’t give me a price/value worm and fuzzy feeling. 3 people had cheese bread, small pitcher of Sangria, Porta salads, scallops pasta, fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, and pasta with vodka sauce. All the food was good. Specifically, the scallops were very tender (difficult to do), the sangria was definitely good for 2 people, but the chicken in the fettuccine was soggy. But the overall high price still didnt match the standard quality of the food. I was disappointed in the reduced menu offerings. I loved coming here in the past for their chicken tetrazzini over spinach noodles then baked to make crispy tops on the cheese. None of that is offered any more. Service was disappointing. Mike greeted us right away. There were very few tables in the restaurant that night, and it was obvious everyone was training a new person. Still, tables remained cluttered with dirty dishes, we saw no wait staff in our area for 10 min or more, and wait staff went to and from the kitchen with empty hands a cardinal sin in serving staff etiquette. We sat without refills on water, waited a long time between Mike’s table visits, and generally felt like service to all the tables could have been more frequent and attentive. In our experience, wait staff should spend 90% of their time on the floor being unobtrusive observers of things that need to be done. We usually tip 20% or even higher now. We left Mike a note expressing paining why we tipped 15% because we wanted to justify our lower tip amount. For 140 bucks, we would have expected a very high quality of service and food. Neither was the case on this visit. We might be back to try it again. Parking: Ramp across the street can be busy depending on time. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access to the door. Wheelchair seating would not be possible in the main room except at the end of a table."

"We had a 5:30 pm, reservation and had little wait time, but when our hostess took us to our table, it was still being cleaned. Then the hostess disappeared for about 5 minutes. We were a party of 7 and did not know which large table was ours. Finally, our hostess returned and got us seated. Our waiter did his best but seemed new to the menu and could not answer questions we had. We started off with fried cheese and fried alligator. Both were very good and came fairly quickly. I noticed that there was not much of a childs menu. When our dinner plates arrived, they were spuratic. So some of us waited to eat and others started eating. I ordered the naked reddish, which came with spinach. Honestly, the serving was small, and the spinach was uneventful. For $39, I was disappointed. To make it worse, it was on the warm side. Our waiter tended to us well but often forgot the little things like katchup and bread and had to be reminded. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, I believe we could have had a better dining experience at another smaller, local seafood restaurant. As we left, we could see that there were large crowds waiting to be seated, and some were intoxicated. Others were just upset at the wait time."

"The food at this restaurant is fantastic, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. The portions are quite generous, making sharing a great option. My husband and I shared the bing bang shrimp and lobster mac and cheese for dinner, while our friend had the chicken Caesar salad. I ordered a cocktail, while the others opted for water. To finish off the meal, I indulged in the ho ho cupcake, which was delicious, though quite rich and sizeable! Our total for the three of us came to around $100, which is a bit on the pricey side, but as I mentioned, the food is excellent and the portions are ample."

"The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! We had a late lunch on Friday to celebrate a milestone, and it was a fantastic culinary experience. We were seated promptly and our server was at our table within minutes, providing exceptional service throughout our meal. Every aspect of our meal was excellent, from the shrimp cocktail to the brownie with ice cream. Our salads had generous portions of bacon and the dressings were delicious. My steak was cooked perfectly and my wife's fish dish was also delicious."

"About an hour later, we were seated at a spacious table for six, with unnecessary apologies from the hosts. Our waitress was excellent, providing attentive and prompt service. I ordered the Linguine Delmar, which was packed with shrimp, scallops, and whitefish in a tasty tomato sauce. Having already enjoyed several pieces of the delicious bread beforehand, I only managed to finish about a quarter of my meal and took the rest home for two additional meals this week. I highly recommend it. My only minor complaint is that there was a bit too much house dressing on my salad, making it difficult for me to finish. I should have requested it on the side, but as I’m still getting used to dining out again, it didn’t occur to me. The greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers were all fresh and tasty; I simply found the dressing overwhelming. However, this is a very small issue considering the overall wonderful experience. Both the service and atmosphere were excellent, allowing us to converse freely and catch up with the two friends we don’t see regularly. It was a fantastic evening, thanks to the amazing food and exceptional service."

"I have been a regular at Vince's Crabhouse, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. The food quality has taken a nosedive, and I must say, it was far from enjoyable. I ordered the stuffed shrimp, and unfortunately, they tasted freezer-burnt, which was a real letdown. Moreover, the crab imperial was unappetizingly watery, and the crabmeat looked discolored, making it difficult to stomach. To add to my disappointment, the overall decline in the food's taste and presentation was quite noticeable. It's evident that the food quality has gone downhill, and that's not something you want to see in a place you frequent. The service was another aspect that didn't impress me during my visit. It was slow, and the staff seemed inattentive, which made the dining experience even less enjoyable. A good dining experience isn't just about the food, but also about the service, and in this case, it fell short. The crabcake, a signature dish, was a major disappointment. It was filled with around 80% filler, lacking any substantial lump meat. For a place renowned for its crab dishes, this was a major letdown. On the bright side, I must admit that the macaroni and cheese was one saving grace. It was pretty good, and it's the only reason this review isn't a one-star.Overall, I'm quite disappointed with the decline in the quality of food and the lackluster service at Vince's Crabhouse. With such a negative experience, I am hesitant to return in the future. I hope they address these issues and strive to bring back the quality that I once appreciated.Parking: About 15 spots."

"I usually have a good experience here, but yesterday it was terrible. service was so poor and our waitress was extremely inconspicuous. it took too long to get our food and drinks, and when my food arrived, my steak was a lot of room temperature. not to mention that they are from kartomas and the roasted kartomas we chose were not very good. we expected a nice dinner for the birthday of my daughter and I really regretted to choose this place."

"Bum Rogers Tavern Crab House looks inviting from the outside, but once inside, we noticed the seats were dirty, with crayons and used straws on the floor, along with spilled liquid. Guests who arrived after us were served before we were. We started with the calamari appetizer, which arrived promptly but was tough, bland, and barely breaded, with a terrible aftertaste. We asked for it to be removed from our bill, and the server kindly accommodated. I had the lobster roll, which was flavorful, but I nearly chipped a tooth twice on lobster shell fragments. The fries were excellent. My boyfriend's chicken wings were alright, though the blue cheese dressing was extremely watery, and the celery sticks we requested were initially missing. Overall, the experience was just okay. Be cautious of shells in your food, and avoid the calamari. The service was friendly but somewhat inattentive. Considering the quality and portion sizes, the prices on the menu are quite high."

"The food is always good but the service this time around was questionable. My husband has a gluten allergy and the server worked with us on what he could have and was great and knowledgeable. The problem was he entered the order incorrectly and his entrée came out with soy sauce all over it. We questioned it and the server went back to the kitchen to check, sprinted back out and apologized that it was made incorrectly and took it away. Rather than just remaking it they asked him if they could create something different without any gluten. It wasn't what he wanted but at this point I was already eating my entrée and so he basically said "yes, make me whatever His entrée came out as I was finishing mine. It was all handled fine but at the end of the meal we sort of expected them to either take his meal off the bill or at least comp the crème brulee we ordered. None of that happened. Suffice it to say, we won't be going back anytime soon. Too many other restaurants we enjoy for a better value"

"What did we like? The best part of our experience was our server, Steph! Why? She made excellent recommendations after asking questions about what we had a taste for, she made recommendations based on our budget to enable us to taste some of the flavors we were interested in, and she made a custom ‘Crush’ for us! Crush is an alcoholic drink they serve in a variety of flavors. Because we could not decide on flavors, Steph made a special ‘Crush’ drink for our table. We loved it. If had berries, citrus and coconut flavors. Very refreshing drink! What do we wish we had known before we went? Price for seasonal items. Even though we weren’t on a ‘budget’, next time we will check the prices for Maryland crab dishes before goingjust so we don’t have sticker shock. We had no budget so we ordered the crab cakes $57 for two cakes and two sides). While the price can be shocking at first, the crab cakes were huge so two of us split the dish Steph had recommended that great suggestion). Highly recommend the crab cakes. All crab, no filler! Lightly seasoned so an excellent choice for those who like the natural taste of crab. Would we dine there again? Yes! And would come during the day so we can enjoy the view and outside seating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Crushes, Crab Cake Sandwich, Cream of Crab Soup Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot"

"Excellent food and service at Jimmy?s! We ate there the other night and Autumn was an absolute gem. This is one of the best restaurants in Tarpon Springs for quality Italian American and Greek dishes. Their saganaki- flaming Greek halloumi cheese is the best I?ve eaten in Tarpon Springs. I highly recommend their homemade lasagna as it?s absolutely divine and a great value dish. It?s impossible to make a better lasagna. I also recommend their homemade cheesecake with raspberry purée for dessert as it?s also excellent. Fellow customers were raving to us about the pizzas, which are also very popular as Jimmy?s makes the dough in house. Ask for recommendations and select what?s made in house, as it?s prepared with love. I can?t wait to return to try one of their delicious looking pizzas!"

"All I have to say is WOW! I made a reservation after hearing about the new chef here. I am very familiar with his past restaurants and had high expectations for this visit and I cannot find one reason not to make this one of your go to restaurants for any occasion! The service was amazing! Usually it is very difficult to find great service at waterfront restaurants but the servers seems very well trained and knowledgeable. I had the Beef Short Rib lettuce cup and I wanted to order a couple more since it was so good! I am glad I did not as I had to save room for my entrée! I had the Berkshire Pork Chop as I am not a huge seafood person and it could not have been more flavorful! We also had the most unique dessert I have ever seen which was a sundae in a teapot and while it is carried through the dining room it is smoking! It is called the Holy Smoke and it was so fun! I have to say the new chef here did not disappoint and I will be back for the Happy Hour at the GORGEOUS bar! Next week is my birthday and already have reservations made to celebrate there! I can't wait!"

"Lauren, our server, rocked throughout lunch service on this Tuesday in mid August. I read online that they serve freshly breaded Ipswich clams and had to dine there. Appetizer of fried clams $13.99 , a lunch special of broiled salmon entree $13.99 , a lunch special plate of 4 scallops and 4 shrimp $15.99 served with fresh steamed broccoli and sliced carrots, sweet potato fries and homemade slaw. The fried clams breading needed more seasoning, tasted flat. Either salt the clam or season the breadcrumbs with bay seasoning or fish seasoning. The fresh fish pieces were average, salmon Atlantic farm raised? was buttery and tasty. I stopped by the fresh market to purchase lobster salad and some tuna. Both enhanced with celery, onion and really delicious. Great job to men in kitchen assembling these salads. Also bought some lobster bisque. The inside is spacious, urban and clean. I will be back to try other specialties. Nice place."

"The best thing about M&S Harborview is the view, which is saying a lot because the food is pretty good, too. I started with the lobster bisque. Tasty but not a showstopper. My partner and I each had a steak, ribeye and NY Strip respectively. Both were seasoned almost perfectly. Mine was a bit overdone for medium rare. The sides were a bit bland and mine, asparagus, was a bit mushy. We skipped dessert. The service was great- always there for anything we needed without hovering. Highly recommend"
