"Cashier took our order incorrectly over the phone. We picked up the food. A fry and two blue cheeses were missing then the veggie wrap was made entirely wrong. It was lettuce in a flour wrap. That’s it. Called back to get the food delivered correctly and it took 45 mins. We live 4 mins away. When we called to have an update it took 15 more mins. Then we called again to just cancel it and get our money back and we were argued with, saying it takes an hour for delivery… WE ONLY WERE GETTING DELI … – show"

"Placed take out order on Friday September 23rd. Order was over $100 feeding 6 people. Chicken fingers were burnt, 3 Chicken wraps made wrong,fries were missing, paid extra for chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo and didn't get it. Called several times to get refund and was told to call back and talk to manager. Took 2 days to get him and was told he'd call back in 1/2 hour. Still no phone call.
