"During my last visit, I ordered the salmon and shrimp. Unfortunately, the salmon was dry, even with the sauce they provided. The rice was burnt, and I had never encountered dry black beans before—these were no exception. I won’t be returning to this location again.
It might be time for management to consider making some changes, whether that means letting the current staff go or providing them with training at other locations. The level of service and food preparation here is seriously damaging the reputation of the brand."
