"I've visited this restaurant several times and typically have a pleasant experience. The atmosphere and staff are generally friendly. However, during my visit tonight, the food was good, but our waitress was absolutely dreadful. She treated us poorly from beginning to end. She was irritated that we chose to sit outside, became annoyed when we requested menus, and even rolled her eyes when we asked for water while looking at the menu. Unfortunately, things didn’t improve from there. She never inquired if we needed anything else, didn’t offer us another drink, and was quite curt when we asked for salt and pepper, implying we should have known it should already be on the table, as if we had taken it away or something. Her behavior really ruined the experience, and I couldn’t even tell you her name because she never introduced herself. It’s a shame because it overshadowed what is usually a lovely restaurant that we’ve enjoyed in the past. Now, I’d definitely think twice before returning, worried that we might encounter her again."
