"The owner was incredibly rude during my visit tonight. I called to let them know they forgot to include my rice in the order, and he responded, "Oh, I'll need to yell at my guy. Do you want to come back for it?" I said, "I guess so. I have nothing to eat my chicken with." Then he hung up. Later, I noticed my potstickers looked different than usual, so I called back. He explained they were deep-fried this time instead of the usual pan-fried. I asked if they could fix it and have the potstickers prepared correctly when I came to pick up my rice. He sighed loudly but agreed—without apologizing. When I arrived, the OWNER himself came out, and before handing me my rice and the corrected potstickers, he asked, "Well, did you bring back the other potstickers?" (No!) He added, "I would have liked to throw them out here," showing no concern for the fact that they forgot my rice, messed up my potstickers, and I had to drive 15 minutes back with my cold food waiting at home, and then drive back again. Apparently, he didn’t want me disposing of $7 worth of his food in my own trash. When I asked who the owner was, he said, "I am," even though I was almost certain it was someone else causing this scene. Unfortunately, it was him. Never, ever going back."
