"My son and I decided to visit the mall for some fun and shopping. While we were there, we spotted Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and thought it would be nice to pick up a few treats to enjoy while we explored. We stood in line for several minutes with no one ahead of us, but the two employees were just chatting among themselves. They eventually noticed us but continued their conversation. Just as we were about to leave, one of them finally greeted us and asked if we knew what we wanted. We had already made our choices while waiting, so it was a bit frustrating. She was friendly, but I would have appreciated at least a quick acknowledgment that someone would be with us shortly. The shop isn’t very big, and all the goodies are displayed in cases. The treats we chose were delicious, and we left happy with our purchases."
