"We ordered a medium meat lovers pizza. I asked them to double the meat and add peppers. When we picked up our order it was a pizza that barely had meat on it. Called the store and the manager and general manager (so they claimed) were very rude. I paid for the extra toppings and didn’t get them. We live in the next town over and they wanted us to stop the kids from eating and bring the pizza back to them approximately 15 miles away. We tried to communicate that we couldn’t just stop feeding our kids to return a pizza that they had already started eating. All we wanted was understanding that an error was made and maybe a store credit for that extra toppings that we paid for. Instead we got a rude and ghetto so-called manager who has no understanding of what customer service is. Pizza Hut needs to train their employees a lot better. Pizza Hut is officially off of our weekend treat restaurants. BTY we also ordered a large super supreme pizza."
