"We have been many years ago but don't recall the venue thumping with loud music. It was a Sunday night and their website did warn about the elevated noise on the weekends. I can't help but think that vibe deters some diners (although it didn't seem as loud inside as outside). The space was sparsely filled when we arrive at 7:30. The service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The Red Velvet Chicken and Waffles were great but I couldn't help but think how a hot honey drizzle might have elevated the dish instead of the maple syrup."

"There’s a reason this place has a five-star rating! I want to encourage everyone not to hesitate to order take-out. Even though it’s primarily a restaurant and catering service, their takeout is absolutely fantastic. The food is delicious, and the customer service is outstanding. I haven’t encountered such a pleasant and friendly voice on the phone since the pandemic began. I wholeheartedly recommend trying Bacio's. In the photo below, you can see their amazing Chicken Diavolo Pizza, and their cannoli are incredibly fresh—*chef's kiss*! Thank you so much, Bacio's!"

"We have been to this restaurant several times in the past and have been very satisfied. We came for a special anniversary of ours. The initial service was fairly slow, but the server was very pleasant. We placed our orders. There were four of us. All four got our food at the same time. The chicken for one of us was raw and uncooked. We sent it back immediately. The other three of us finished our meal and the chicken had not yet been returned to the table. We canceled the order for the chicken. Apologies were given, and some credit for the meal was given. This did not make up for the fact that the chicken was undone and was never returned cooked to the table. we will never return to this restaurant again. "

"Great staff and service. Go on Saturday for brunch to get a cocktail from Angelo. He's a mix master! I highly recommend the mango mimosa and the passion fruit margarita, both are outstanding. I enjoyed the grilled oysters, which had a subtle taste and the frittata, which was filling without being dense.
